GIBSON 335 Satin Cherry and Peavey Studio Pro 20

I know I know.... I'm on a crazy Peavey kick who know when it'll stop lol. It's so cool though they all have their own personalities! They're a lot like kittens in that way.

Is that early '80s? I have a '78 mark iii bass head and an '88 backstage 110 that were such good values for what I paid, I use them so much I've already got my money's worth out of them and they might end up outliving me lol

How does this compare to the bandit from the same series you got? Same gain structure? I here the speakers in these are decent

Could be the old caps making it sound platy at times. I forget how good those old solid state PVs can sound.

Yes I love the sound but there's a 3k ish edge that sounds a little peaky if im not careful lol. I may take it in to get looked at some time.
