I naïvely thought the main string instrument that we hear was a bass, and didn't even think there was any guitar in the song? Or is it a guitar with some octaver? In the actual video, whatever the figure that looks like Tom Misch is holding in its hands has 4 strings (easy to see at e.g. 00:31)?

Actually, in the third or fourth natural harmonics he just plays open chords and you grasp a bit of high end that can't be played on a bass.

Music is amazing but I really can't get over how stunning the animation is. Simple but love the aesthetics and the vibe and the artist merged 3D and 2D in a beautiful way. It's a lot harder then most people think, especially for a long running song like this, to create a coehesive piece.
