How to Remove Cricut Permanent Vinyl from the Tube

Is your Cricut permanent vinyl stuck inside the tube that it came in? This is the technique that I use to remove it easily.

💓💓📣💓📣💓 holy 💩 im 38 yrs old, in tears bc i couldn't get it out of the tube. Ive had my cricut for a week. Ive cut 2 things for practice including the 1 u do with set up. I have wanted this for so long but have just been incredibly intimidated bc i get overwhelmed sometimes easy. Im struggling with the software. Most videos on here are brain melting boring, not step by step for beginners, or they just ramble about the positivity crafting brings at such a negative time.....not that I don't agree. I don't wanna hear it when im trying to learn or find a tutorial. THANK YOU SO MUCH

So this is the way that I do it also, however, does anyone else notice that the part that gets stuck inside the tube loses its glossiness? Like there's a haze or a matte-ness to it in those spots after? If I am doing a project that requires a larger area being cut out, you can really see a distinct line and I end up wasting that entire 6" area of that end of the vinyl and it's so wasteful and a huge loss of money :(
