The actions we take now may be effective in the short term, but we must consider their lasting impact on culture, society, and the environment. That is why at One Young World we adhere to the Seventh Generation Principle, drawing on the wisdom from Native American and many Indigenous cultures to consider the impact our actions will have on the future seven generations.
