hey man, two pumps a day are 40,50 of testosterone. Problem is that your body absorbs only 9 - 15% of it (depending on the Person and place of application) a Heathy man produces 70mg of test per week. So if you want to be in the upper normal range or above the normal range: try 6 - 10 Pumps

When do u start notice the effect i have been taking testo gel for 3 days now but put in on my stomach under my bellybutton is it better to put on shoulders? I use it becuse im on metadon and have low testo levels and think it always been low even before metadon and i got very littel facial hair and really want more. So how long does it takes to start nottice the effect?
It's different for everyone but I started seeing changes 3 weeks in. The most noticeable changes happen between 6 months - 1 year 😊

Not gonna lie, I haven't got any bloods done since my 6 month checkup, just cause I haven't had the money to have any more appointments at the private clinic I go to, so I'm not sure
