Cooking recipe and ingredients:
Sprinkle the cutting board with salt.
Black pepper.
2 pork fillets.
Season well with salt and black pepper.
Heat 3 tablespoons vegetable oil and 20 g butter.
Halve the garlic.
Fry until golden brown on all sides.
3-4 sprigs of rosemary.
We continue to fry, constantly turning.
Remove rosemary and garlic.
Arrange the roasted pork fillets on a plate.
Cover with foil and set aside.

300 grams of mushrooms.

Black pepper.
200 ml cream 20%.

Slice the second piece of pork tenderloin.

Блюдо хорошее,задумка тоже. Только целая вырезка имеет в себе сыринку, если ее не протушить в виде медальонов как в первом варианте или не пожарить их сразу разрезав на порции.
Да, для второго варианта нужно тоже слегка обжаривать👍Но все же пересушенная она гораздо хуже, чем каааапельку с сыринкой
@@MurLuckKissKuss дело не в том, что мясо вкуснее с сыринкой, свинину нельзя недоготовленную употреблять в пищу😊, это не говядина 🥩 стейк с кровью
