Good job. And thank you. I wish I didn’t skip electrical class.
    Edit: you should sell these.

Awesome idea and build! I definitely wanna do the same so I can avoid tolls and popo, haha.
Ps, at 46:58 the large lines are centimeters the small lines in between are millimeters. Every 10mm = another cm.

When the suspension compresses it may cause the wheel to hit it

All that work will only hold up for a few days maybe a month if you only ride on Saturdays...

What's the point ... you can still read the plate. It needs to flip completely horizontally

Hi AcProductions. I watch your installation videos and they are really helpful. I was trying to install the headlights on my R3 and removed all fairings back. Now I am not able to put the fairings back, the order and the screws that goes in. Can you please make a detailed video of how to put all the fairing back with closeup. I see that in your other videos you have it partially but not full video of you putting it back (tips and tricks) so that the fairings go without breaking plastic clips

ok yes that older video i was not really able to make any close ups cuz it was old camera, but now i have a very new camera that allows me to do super clear close ups. at what part do u need me to show how to install back>? are you at a point that you have the whole side fairing off and headlight off the bike just need to know how to make the video for you, if u can message me back on details that would be great and ill make a video with close ups for you =)

Hey great video, thank you! Where did you get the metal plates? Also does the switch need to a 12v switch and do the amps matter or can it be any switch? I see the solenoid is 12v and 360ma which is like .03amps i believe.

metal plate from local hardware store and switch is rated for 12v @ 15amps at least.

@@ACProductions77 you can also put the can of spray paint or plastic dip in a pot of warm water for about 10 minutes and it will flow very nicely.

I've been thinking about doing something like this for awhile, however just got busy doing other things. I plan on installing this on my bike( for secret reasons 😜). Anyway consider me a subscriber and I gotta say great video. By the way, I want to install (2) sets of blinkers in the front and the rear of my motorcycle. The rear will be a TST INDUSTRIES integrated taillight. And the front is a set of TST INDUSTRIES flush mounted l.e.d. blinkers. How do I wire my rear stock blinkers to come on at the same time as my taillight ( with built in blinkers)?? Same question for the front. Thank You

there should be a extra wire with the tst tail light for the blinker dept. I have a video of when i had installed my tst rear tail light , click here for that video>> ua-cam.com/video/oTDyarcdKTI/v-deo.html

Also I noticed that you broke the 4 screw attachment behind your headlight assembly and you attached it via some glue? I also have the same problem. I broke all 4 headlight assembly screw holders (those plastic ones) and due to that I cannot attach the headlight back to bike. What plastic glue material you used so it holds it up tight and wont come off when attaching the fariings back. Please help, I dont want to spend 400$ for the headlight assembly kit for my 2015 yamaha r3

yes actually the screw mounting holes where broken cuz i had an accident back in nov of 2015. I used a apoxy called SHOE GOO along with a metal spacer and a plastic tube that was alittle bit smaller then the screw so i could thread in the screw. i had alot of broken parts to that headlight and just used alot of that shoe goo to repair it all and so far no problems

    • @ACProductions77

here is a link to the apoxy i use for most of my installs amzn.to/2m5nSEC
