Derek Reese gas shock tower caps. You basically put a flat cap where the 3 bolts are and then run shorter stroke shock. I think Far From Stock built it for compound set ups specifically but I could see it making a lot more room for that turbo.
I did a shock tower delete on mine when I swapped to a bigger charger because it was to close for comfort, I got them off ebay for cheap but it looks like you guys would have no problem making them yourself, then just run a shorter shock.
You could get some more clearance on the shocks by getting some lowered shock tower brackets and run shorter shocks to help with the inter cooler piping just a idea for you
😂 ran into a guy with a diesel truck at the lakewood ranch walmart. He had one of your shirts. Well i did a short video making fun of squatted trucks and it got 8k views in 24 hours. I definitely aint the biggest youtuber out here 😅 thanks, will subscribe but will you work on my Squatted truck? 😅
J.h. diesel has been doing awesome with the videos here recently baby hitting better than the McFarland videos and I love them guys but these radios have been hitting better recently for me
Sweet build, doing some similar builds myself. 82 gmc going on a 96 Dodge cummins frame. Gmc is my work truck with a good running 6.2L diesel with ats turbo kit, & has a hydroboost already. I'm wondering about installing a custom firewall blister so I cam move my powertrain back 6+ inches to allow me enough clearance to run my mechanical fan setup? What did box did you use for the rear cab mount crossmember? The Dodge frame is 4in wider. I'm going with rolling semi air bags to allow me to drop it really low for loading & unloading ect as well as sectioning my front fenders so my 35-37in tires wont rub while lowered... better aerodynamics on the freeway towing. Shouldn't be noticeable until you open the hood & see the inner fenders have been moved up as well as the inner femder structure cut & moved much like in the lowered truck world. Longer travel front arms to accommodate -8 below stock to +6 max above stock. Maybe shift it towards the lower numbers more. Inspired by Far from stocks original build that started his new company. Don't laugh, I'm a chevy guy but a Cummins Fan. Ask me about my crewcab & my 6 door! 😮. The CC I'm using a 14 Ram 2500 chassis with all coil suspension.
Enjoying Watching this build 💯percent ,your new hired man is an top notch fabricator, always doing mint work ! Your lucky to have him..keep up the great content on this channel..from a guy in Canada 🇨🇦 👍
It would've funny as hell if you panned the cameral to Justin and he was standing there in his boxers because he used his shorts to cover the transmission. lol
Nice work , one Q not being from the US , Are those GM bodies more desirable than the original Dodge bodies? because from an outsiders perspective , the original cab is far more attractive (they look like a retro 50's style) either way good to see another one saved from the bone yard.
I have NO faith in that trans holding up. None. Not even a little spark of it lasting. I do wonder though if a 10speed would fit, if so i bet it would hold up and be great.
Angle of the engine will not be the same. When you an engine is moved back the angle has to increase to maintain driveshaft angle which shouldn't exceed 3.5 degrees. You're going to have vibration and premature u joint failure if things are moved to far out.
This is one of the only utube channels left that actually shows real work being performed! Your workers a hustler man!
Justin is one hell of a guy, I am glad to see he is really helping your channel, grate job guys
Great*
@@tma4137 I see the grammar police are out .
6:46 man can use a torch!! awesome build guys
Ol son is kickass good addition man

That Cummins campers come along. I love the content, 100%
I would do spray on box liner on botton of cab and box. That stuff is tuff and wont chip from tire steel belts slapping it. Just my opinion.
That’s what I want to do under cab, bed, and frame on my truck. Definitely the way to go… will last a long time
Highly advise against this if you live in a rust belt state, salt and road grime sticks to it and rots stuff out quicker
Pretty decent cuts on the mounts. It’s hard not to gouge when you’re trying to cut welds. They don’t burn as easy as plate.
you'll are a very good team
Man Justin is a beast with that torch!
Hey JH you need to get my boy of here a Plasma cutter for cutting all this steel he will be one happy camper!!!
the man uses that oxy torch like a scalpel...loving the direction of the build!
You can flip the exhaust manifold. Run the turbo higher up.
Nice work!

Justin’s killing it this things gunna be the balls
I had macaroni and canned ham flakes for supper… ✌🏽😎 Justin does mighty fine work.
It's a cool build, I really like this serie already. Fab work, custom build, modifications,... it's the best content
I’m got to say this has far been my favorite build
Mine too its one cool neat hell of a build an his new hired man is one heck of great fabricator/ worker .. top notch work , loveing this build 💯
JH and Justin y'all rock! Peace
My favorite JH content lately
Buy that man a Udr! He’s doing a great job on the channel as a builder
Good fab work guys.
I meant to say whatever you and Justin do it's going to look good cuz ya'll are badasses
Lol i was thinking wth is this guy talking about who is she? Lol
Wondering why you didnt just edit that comment?
Absolutely Love how you are supporting the rear of the cab on the lift with 2 different lift attachments and ratchet straps HellYeah Brother
Using the Chisel made sense to me right off the bat
9:16 always set the level digital screen side up when welding lol
Great content thanks for sharing
Just an idea, JH diesel R/C racing. With that track you have there. Just build a high enough platform to look over & good to go!
Cut those cages off shock towers and weld in a flat plate and get a shorter shock, frees up space
You could get some more clearance on the shocks by getting some lowered shock tower brackets and run shorter shocks to help with the inter cooler piping just a idea for you
I really like this build
That Cummins campers looking badass
3:43 That’s an interesting place to dry your shorts 🩳
Love the detail, great content
Great job! But why is a pair of shorts covering the transmission??????
Much love from NEW ZEALAND
I quit using osfo, bought a gallon jug of concrete etching at Lowe’s, same thing but stronger and less money.
Awesome job guys!

Love this build.
Hell yeah, you guys are killing it!
They always kill it, they're awesome
J.h. diesel has been doing awesome with the videos here recently baby hitting better than the McFarland videos and I love them guys but these radios have been hitting better recently for me
0:36 Looks like a good mud truck
i have a Arrma Mojave and love it handles amazing(similar to the udr), but nothing like jumping a xmaxx.
Really Digginh the More Constant Uploads. Justin Who.
Gonna be a badass truck, but I say keep the manual!
The UDR's are so sick. I'm told they drive, handle, & feel a lot more realistic compared to the Losi baja reys; which are awesome!
You really need to get him a plasma cutter, watching him torch everything is bring back nightmares from the 90’s
This has been a fun build, excited to for the next video.
Looks freaking awesome
Looking good. Going to be a pretty sweet truck
Make longer vids!!!! Plz!

Hell yeah this thing gonna b sick great work Justin.
Whatever you and Jocelyn do is going to work y'all are badass
never heard of her! LOL
Nothing beats a good old Nitro burning gtxl-6. The brushless motors just don't sound and smell like a Nitro star engine.
Enjoying Watching this build 💯percent ,your new hired man is an top notch fabricator, always doing mint work ! Your lucky to have him..keep up the great content on this channel..from a guy in Canada 🇨🇦 👍
That truck would be nice pulling truck
one bad ass junkyard dog build justin killin it
Living in FL yall should have ac on a street truck
Ps the G1 Dodge is 1/4in longer wheel base vs chevy 133in.
This thumbnail had me thinking you were cutting up the fenders with an oxy 😂
Killer content lately 👌
Pop that dent out of the door my OCD is killing me lol
Such awesome build
I can't believe you guys build all that yourself .that's a dream come true
It would've funny as hell if you panned the cameral to Justin and he was standing there in his boxers because he used his shorts to cover the transmission. lol
Please do me 1 favor pressure test your charge system and acheck that turbo because it sure looks like Iike something is leaking exhaust
This thing is going to be sick
Keep up the great work fellas 😎🤙🇺🇲
Come on bro we gotta save the manuals

Why weld all that in and then straighten it?
You can come to the

Anybody got a 94 k2500 semi-floating rear-end 8 lug bolt pattern? thats rebuilt/ good to go? hit me thanks
Please do not put a hood stack on it for the exhaust.
What is this Tom-foolery taking the manual out and putting an auto? (Commented this before he said the guy needed it back)
WaZz up
WHY DOES BUDDY KEEP REPEATING HIMSELF. 3 4 5 TIMES. ??? Have him watch the video. We are not drunk. We get it after 1 or 2 times. Thanks
First

I like watching your channel, but I can't watch your series of ruinning a Chevy.

Im a humongous fanatic
JH! : how much do you make monthly from your UA-cam and merch? How much does your diesel business bring in???
