Lovely mate, when fishing for mullet, feeder style, how heavy of a rod do you use because the berley cages in your shop are pretty heavy. By the way, when are you going to restock the 20gram berley cages? Thanks
Hi, when I fish for mullet, I use my medium weight rod. I handles 3 to 7 kg line but I use 3 kg line. The berley cages I use range from 60g if I have to cast a fair distance down to 40g if I'm fishing close. I also use the 20g cages and drop inside a ball sinker if I need to cast distance, otherwise I use them at 20g. The 20g berley cages are now in stock and available. Cheers.
Classic
Great catch, only 1 actual catch there 🤣
🤣
lol, thanks Andre, you're right : 2 hooks but only one catch!

What are the chances . I am not sure if thats the luckiest or unluckiest fish ever. How did you cook your trout and can I ask where were you fishing.
Cooked the trout whole on the bbq. Then just peeled off the skin and the flesh came off the bones easy. Fishing at Pykes Creek Reservoir.
