He's doing a lot of walking and there's a lot of idle time. You should Kaizen this process.

Dave A yeah, a small cart to carry the parts would make this so much faster. Even the big plate could be put on the side of the cart with a couple of hooks at the bottom. Boom all your parts are a couple feet away. Then reload the cart during the welding process.
