From time to time again, The Quran had proven it's miracle, from the state of the human during pregnancy (gestation) and the layer in the sky. If Allah The All Knowing said something in the Quran then it's my duty as a Muslim to take it as truth, even if i or anybody cant explain it, for human are limited. I had to agree with the speaker here, yes we do to use our mind to understand things in Quran but we have to know our own limit. We cant explain scientifically certain stuff like miracle or the great flood, because we as mortal clearly had limit, unlike Allah The Allmighty.
Aisha may Allah be pleased with her used to host parties where the imams used to compete how much "liquid" they could put on her. The one who covered the most white liquid got the most hasanat. Subhanallah!

According to a narration by Ibn Mas’ud, The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, “He who says: ‘Astaghfir ullah-alladhi la ilaha illa Huwal-Haiyul-Qayyumu, wa atubu ilaihi (I seek the forgiveness of Allah, there is no true god except Allah, the Ever-Living, the Self- Subsisting, and I turn to Him in repentance),’ his sins will be forgiven even if he should have run away from the battlefield (while he was engaged in fighting for the Cause of Allah).”

I suggest that mr yasir arrange a meeting with these other scholars who have different understaning of dajjal and gog and mogog and reason with each others understanding instead of talking behind other scholars. At least I believe that would be wise for any muslim. We are one ummah and should not be doing this. If u believe other person is wrong, islam teaches us to dicuss the matter with the person in question. Jazakkallah and I might be wrong, if so, may Allah forgive me and guide me.
Although both Avicenna's father and brother had converted to Ismailism, he himself did not follow the faith. He was instead an adherent of the Sunni Hanafi school, which was also followed by the Samanids.
Please let people know ibn sina was Muslim not Ismailism. Please let the speaker know about it.
There are two types of verses. Categorical and interpretable. This point has been made clear to us many times.
You are rejecting Islam if you say every verse is categorical.
The red line we dont cross is making takfir of another Muslim based on his thoughts on an interpretable verse. And we always begin and end with Allah Knows Best when we make public our interpretation. And we never, absolutely never, innovate ANYTHING into what Allah Azza Wajal has already completed.
But simply having an opinion about an unclear verse in the Qur'An when Nabi sulAllahu alayhi wa salam has told us there are 2 types of verses..... If i cannot ponder on the Qur'An as Allah has instructed us to do..... What even is a Muslim? Audhubilah
I will never say "i know" about something i dont know. I will never even TRY to interpret a verse which has been made clear by Allah and His Messenger. And i will certainly never fabricate or affirm anything with certainty if the clear meaning has not been made known to us. Very simple.
Now.
I dont think Dajjal is a system. I think Dajjal is actually going to be a person. But i definitely don't think he will be one eyed in the literal sense. I think his disbelief will be so clear, but only the MU'MINUN will be able to see it. I think that is the meaning of the word kafir being "written between his eyes".

There is a VERY particular reason i emphasized the word مؤمنون
But i will not delve so far into it.

Paraphrasing Al Quran, there’s verses that are clear and well understood and there’s obscure verses not so obvious and people who try to find fault and are doubtful gravitate towards the obscure ones to cause confusion and spread lies about the Truth! Who cares about what Yasir Qadhi believes or understands about unclear verses that shouldn’t be so stressed and constantly emphasized upon as if it’s a central issue that needs to be understood? Yasir Qadhi needs to check his own faith, and whatever doubts he may have he needs to ask Allah Almighty for clarification and move on as should we all. I’ve watched a video YEARS AGO of Yasir Qadhi actually saying he doesn’t believe in the yug and majug story, because he was claiming to be smarter than Allah Almighty Himself; saying he knows geography very well and there’s no way there’s a wall between mountains like in the Holy Quran! I couldn’t believe he’d make such a statement against Islam, seeing it wasn’t Hadith or anything but in the Quran itself but he did say it! He’s obviously retracting his pitiful statements of disbelief, Alhamdulillah but he even admitted in this video that it caused confusion and some people to have an excuse to leave Islam, so I just made a general statement that his or anyone’s opinion doesn’t matter when it comes to the Truth of Islam which should be obvious to anyone sincerely seeking Truth. Regarding Qur'an 21:95-96 especially that particular word 'yansiloon' which seems to be the single major issue causing so much argument and division among the ummah: doesn't the arabic language apparently have 3-letter-roots for each word? And isn't 'to progene/descend' (verb-form of progeny) one of the 3 meanings of that word in arabic (which afaik it is)? And if that were the case isn't the Qur'an then clear in that verse? There is nothing metaphorical about that verse i don't know what Dr. Qadhi is talking about. Sure there is that ahadith that says "after the first major sign comes the others will come like beads falling off a neclace" but: First of all it's in a hadith, the Qur'an (which should be our primary source) mentions nothing about it so it's unclear whether that hadith is sahih/authentic or daif/weak/fabricated. Second, even if that hadith were authentic, remember when prophet Muhammad (saw) said the time between his arrival and the judgement day is so close. And that was almost 1500 years ago. To us it is a very long time but compared to entire history of mankind of even history of planet earth (or even the entire universe since big bang) it is indeed a very short time like our prophet said. Similar to that, when compared to the entire history of mankind or planet earth or even the universe since big bang, the 10 major signs would indeed seem like beads falling off a neclace but to us the major signs could still seem as far between each other (just like prophet Muhammad (saw) seems so far away from our time). It's a matter of perspective! Is that so hard to imagine and to understand? As for the specific chronological order of the 10 major signs, Allah knows best, but as far as i know the Qur'an again mentions nothing about a specific chronological order of their appearance, nor does it mention anything about Al-Mahdi, the future caliphate etc. etc. these are all in the ahadith. Muslim people nowadays, if you tell them we are already in the end of times they instantly make takfir on you and call you apostate/heretic/disbeliever (as if you're telling them islam isn't true or to leave islam)... First of all, didn't our prophet Muhammad (saw) himself say that his birth was the first sign of the end? So according to that we've already entered the end times almost 1500 years ago when our prophet was born. So we ARE already in the end times and have been since we were born! Now will they also start making takfir on our prophet (saw) for saying that?
btw even chrstianity and judaism believe in their own eschatology and end time teachings that we are already in the end times and that gog and magog are indeed certain groups of people who are already out causing corruption in the world which we can see and perfectly align with Qur'an if we only open our eyes and recognize the signs manifesting around us at an ever increasing pace. And even they (Jews and Christians) believe that the prophecy about the return to the banned city (which even Qur'an mentions in surah al-kahf) already has been fulfilled in 1948. Only traditionalist muslims are the only ones rejecting all these possibilities and believing that certain creatures (who are somehow human/descendants of adam (as) but also somehow not) are somehow still trapped somewhere in the earth or in the oceans (in their TRILLIONS)... P.S. doesn't Allah call people in the Qur'an to use their brains/to think/to ponder? Come on people use your brain/the traditionalists stop teaching people that it is haram/a sin to use your logic! No wonder then there's people like "Christian Prince" who make a joke/a laugh out of the muslim ummah...

The Quran says there are 2 types of ajat: Muhkama and Mutishabiha. God and Magog are humans, in the Hadith it says 'Banu Adam'.
My interpretation is that the army will come out of Sham (Israel) and he is given the Bejqa.
The number 1, most important task of Iman Mahdi, amongst many tasks is to positively identify The Messiah. Nabi Yahya, St. John The Babtist, had the identical task, amongst several important tasks, but the positive identification and announcing of Jesus as The True Messiah was the main task.
