It’s hard not to be very, very, VERY scared. I’m just happy that I became Muslim almost 4 years ago now, right in time it feels like alhamdulillāh . I met& married my husband just 2 years ago, and now we just had a brand new baby, alhamdulillāh. But now suddenly with the events in filisteen I am so scared for my daughter, even if I don’t live to see the end, she might have to. Everything is all by the permission of Allāh. But I know how each and every one of us is going to be horrified& terrified on that Day, and it’s hard to feel anything but scared about it and all the signs leading up to it

8. Recomending Good (in words and deeds)
9. Preventing Evil (in words and deed)
10. Iglaas
11. Dua
12. Zuhd and yaqeen: abstain from the love of Dunya
13. Generosity and certainty that you can die every moment

He replied: Keep to your house, control your tongue, accept what you approve, abandon what you disapprove, attend to your own affairs, and leave alone the affairs of the generality.

SubhanAllah. I’m realizing now had I gotten everything I ever wanted in life, there’s a big probability I could’ve been consumed by the love of dunya.
I’ve faced hard trials in my life, that I swear have taken almost all the love I had for this dunya. I was born with many blessings Alhamdulla and so I had high hopes and dreams for my future.
It didn’t occur to me at the time, to think my hard life are the hopes and dreams for the people living far worse than me. These poor disadvantaged people SubhanAllah, most times have the strongest faith of us all! And the people blessed with everything I ever wanted seem to be so concerned about their dunya that they’ve forgotten their akhira!
So Wallahi all I can pray for now is that I do not loose this blessing of clarity and ability to see the truth. To not be consumed by the love of this dunya, which seems to be the case for most people who have been blessed with comfort, family and friends. I rather be uncomfortable and lonely than have abundance in wealth, family and friends that make me forget about Allah and the day of Judgment. Jazakumullahu Khairan for this eye opening lecture ❤
I think the trials and the hardship at some stage of life brings more clarity & the reason to the existence of Allah's creation.. despite Quran clearly mentioned to it!. Since we are being so far from the teachings of Quran, we understand it very lately.- However MY case is similar to yours i think I can say am able to connect with you.

It's unfortunate that the breaking point for Muslims is not what is happening in Gaza and West Bank.. I'd think this would be the time where they'd say enough is enough.. But I now believe the breaking point will be if something ever happens to Masjid Al Aqsa

Narrated Abdullah ibn Amr ibn al-'As:
When we were around the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), he mentioned the period of commotion (fitnah) saying: When you see the people that the fulfilling of their covenants have been impaired, the guarantees become rare, and they become like this: (interwining his fingers). I then got up and said: What should I do at that time, may Allah make me ransom for you? He replied: Keep to your house, control your tongue, accept what you approve, abandon what you disapprove, attend to your own affairs, and leave alone the affairs of the generality.

I am revert from Finland 21 years ago i say my shahada...now Finland is in Nato and America can bring their soldiers and miltary stuff and weapons here in 15 different places in Finland. And now Finland has closed the whole eastern borders...because Russia is sending refugee from Syria, Somalia ext to our easter borders...they opened 2 boarders just one day...and again Russia is sending refuges in our borders and they closed again, because Russia is playing this "game". So 1300 km borders is closed and 50 border securite from Frontex came to safety our borders...and more is to come if something bigger are happening in our eastern boarder, so this can continue as long Russia is bullyieng us???? But also Russians, about 100.000, who live in Finland cant go visiting their family member in Russia, but its small things against this "masses" which is sending to our boarders...and Finland now has found the way how not to take any "fake" refugees from Russia😢😢😢..they spread the sees if fear in to Finnish people, but now we are in Nato and we are in safe from the " evil" Russia😮😮😮😮. These lies are been feeding in the minds of Finnish people...and remember in 2015...these kind of situation cant happen anymore, but Ukrainian refugees can come. .they are real refugees😮, but we dont want any " moslims" here...

The beginning of the end times is sort of what I always looked at it as. You worded it perfectly that we don't know how long it will go on but we are certainly in it.
That’s how I feel. It is clearly the end of time.
How to stay strong in times of fitan
1. Stay in your house (don't look at fitan - images/words. Only go outside when necessary)
2. Keep your mouth closed
3. Weep over your mistakes and faults
4. Do not speak about public affairs (you have biased/insufficient information)
5. Salah
6. Sawm
7. Sadaqa
8. Recommending good and preventing evil in word and deed.
9. Ikhlas
10. Dua
11. Become generous (remove love of money)
12. Have yaqeen (certainty)
13. Have zuhd
14. Knowing with certainty we can die at any moment

I started really thinking about it hard when 2024 began with a huge earthquake in Japan, then floods in Europe, then a Volcano in Iceland and another earthquake in Afghanistan. Rampant corruption, s3xual deviance, lack of humanity... it does feel like the End of days beckons at us.
