Wow you scored a great girl friend shes pretty , cooks , loves the outdoors , not camera shy and likes nissans , shes rare mate definitely a keeper 😀💯👍
FINALLY...SOMEONE WHO KNOWS HOW TO COOK!! 😂She's an awesome asset to AA, now..to let her run her own cooking segment and fill us in on the history into the locations...and you boys concentrate on the trips and vehicles. Another positive...now my other half is happy to watch your vids saying 'quote' - "FINALLY a female is part of the crew..now we have someone WE GIRLS out here can actually relate to".."can't wait for her next cooking segment so as to give us some ideas and tips in how and what to cook when out in middle nowhere"..On ya Sharn!👍👍👍 Well done guys..
The Aussie Arvos crew is expanding. Nice. Your rig looks good as a tourer. I have a feeling with Sian now joining you, this will become your more common setup. 😁Brilliant trip Liam. 👍
Gday Liam and Sian, firstly it’s great to meet Sian, the roof top and awning really suit the Patrol and I’m sure Sian appreciated sleeping in the rooftop rather then the swag on them raining nights, one of the best episodes I’ve seen on the channel mate, cheers
Liam and Sian this has to be one of the best UA-cam vlogs I have seen in awhile, you actually showed us what you were seeing, where you stayed, so many vlogers have lost this and are to concerned about what they are trying to sell us. Great job and we hope to see more of this content from you and Pat. A tip for your tent that we got told the first time we used ours in the cooler weather is to carry a small tarp so that you can put it over your bedding this way any condensation won’t get onto your bedding. It worked a treat in the VHC. 😊
Hot tip (pun intended) You need to get yourself a USB electric blanket from BCF.. life changer for those freezing nights.. I’m recently converted after being forever against the idea.. It’s a must have now, comfort level and sleep experience maximum. 👍
Wholesome video guys. Travelling with mates is great but nothing compares to travelling with someone you love and is your best friend. Enjoy your travels.
Always nice to watch a 4wd travel vid without all the cringy clickbait shenanigans. Literally got us to book the 4wd and camper on the Spirit of Tasmainia. Awesome work Liam! (and Sian too!)
Absolutely awesome loved it, so happy to see yoy with a beautiful lady on your side. And it's fantastic to see that she can drive a manual. Loved how she jumped in and helped you doing everything ❤️
You blokes have built something awesome and doing very well for yourselves. Not surprised the girls are chasing you. Sky's the limit for your future. Cheers
hi Sian, nice to meet u. dude wat a wonderful addition to ur life n to the AA channel. shes awesome, loves the full experience of the outdoors n doesnt mind getting her hands dirty with the chores round camp. she can drive a manual, even better mate. luv to hear Sians thoughts on the RTC, 270 n ur camping set up, also the trip in general.
Awesome episode, Sian is a great addition to the show, Take a look at the, Companion Aquaheat Lithium Gas Camping Shower these are good for those occasions when you can't wash yourself up easily, they crank out the hot water quickly (recycle the water in the bucket for about 1Min to get a really hot shower), they are compact and work a treat, got my one for under $300 on sale also you could do with adding some extra LED strip lighting to the awning arms, to give you more light around the entire vehicle, didn't you put some rock lights on vehicle at some stage .
Myself and my partner did the Tassie Lap over Christmas and New Years for a month. It was absolutely beautiful man!! id love to go back with my Patrol and do it again. Theres so much to see its hard to get it all in on one trip, but definitely worth doing! thankyou for the content buddy cheers, be safe!
Great trip guys. Love Tassie, camped many times at the same spot on the bay of fires. It's the best. Feb is a terrific time to go, weather is good and kids are back to school.
thanks Liam for showing what tassie has to offer! I hope you enjoyed your time here, and awesome to see you make new memories with Sian! Glad you back tracked to have a look at peron dunes, loads of fun to be had.
Great trip and video, really want to go around Tassie now !! Sian has added a real bit of class ✨ to AA and I agree with others, she should get her own cooking segment 🤣👍
Love it, legend! For such a small state Tassie punches above its weight for camping and all outdoor activities. I can’t overstate how awesome the hikes are down here too if you’re ever keen to take on a new challenge! Keep it up 🙏
Welcome to tassie guys camping in those conditions is normal for us taswegians as you experienced the weather is very unpredictable in winter good to see you didn't go diving for the first caravan park when the weather cut up you are definitely honorary tasmanians great to see you enjoyed our beautiful little state
Great trip and video nice to meet Sian , Tassie is a beautiful place but the 2 weeks I spent there was minimum 1 month not long enough! That walk from the carpark to the wineglass bay lookout and baxkI did with a 3 year old on my shoulders , that was challenging !
Welcome, Sian. It is time for a portable toilet and tent. I made woollen blanket cloaks. The hippies and Vikings were not wrong. Have a look at Harry, fire to fork heat shield. I have a flat pack fire pit. I have a wind shield that fits around my gas stove, and then it fits on my flat pack fire pit. The roast cook better. The joolca hot water is a game changer. You can get adaptors.
I'm so glad I dedicated a time to sit down and enjoy this video because this channel just never misses. Seemed like you went to some really nice spots that soon enough I might just have to go and have a look at. Oh and yeah if you were wondering, the time I chose to sit down and watch this video was a stormy day in Tasmania 😂
Great video & I enjoyed meeting you at the Melb 4x4 show. Sian is beautiful and you are very lucky that she is also not only a good cook but teaching you
Lovin the fact that you can now get out on your own (girlfriend included) and do an episode mate. And it was a ripper! Tassie looks pretty cool. In all aspects. 😂 Cheers Liam.
Loved this vid, thanks! February is Peak season - we were there from Jan to April this year and the number of tourists was off the charts. Stick to shoulder seasons - Apr-June or Sep-Nov.
This channel is keeping it real and is what most people want to do and can afford , as the other main 4wd channels are all trying to outdo each with American trucks that cost several hundred thousand dollars. A nice addition would be a fishing drone , I have one and it is orsume.
This trip looks like a blast! 😄 Love how chill you guys are and Sian’s cooking skills! Can't wait to see more adventures, but don’t forget to pack the snacks next time! 🍕
Winter is the time to come up & visit me in Nth Qld! Pretty girl, Liam. Batting above your average, Cowpoke! So the real question, who got the top bunk? Secret to cooking wallaby & roos is low flame for a long time, & tenderise
I watch a lot of 4x4 videos and I really enjoy a good cooking segment and Sian your segment was awesome. The apple and rhubarb pie was outstanding, hopefully Sian your cooking segments will be in more of the videos in the future. Ps I'm watching from NZ👍
Great to see you holidaying with your girlfriend even though the weather is crap, and just a tip with the cooking, don't peel the vege's we never peel the carrots and spuds even when we mash them. All the goodness is in the skin and makes the taste better. Cheers.
Our backyard! It's been a colder than usual winter 🥶 You camped in 'our' spot at Dora Point, we call it Proposal Point 💍 some good beach fishing at Lagoons but use chicken on a surf fishing rig for better success. Swimcart beach on the north side of Jenarette Beach has great surf fishing too.
Needed this vid as heading to Tassie next year for the first time in the mighty GU 💪 Two words for ya to defeat that nasty weather....Awning walls....makes it nice and cosy to sit protected from the rain and wind 🤙
I bought a Kings electric blanket for a trip a few weeks ago and powered it with the 24A lithium power pack also from Kings. It worked brilliantly. I turned it on a little before I went to bed and it got everything nice and warm for when I crawled into the sack.
Have a look for a small esky. Drill holes around the top walls. I have 4. Then, get some aluminium small squares. Drill small holes to make mesh. Then glue on shade cloth and your squares on top. That now stops ants and mice. Then make pvc pipe super ice sticks. Now, you have a place for long-term fruit and vegetable storage. It free up your fridge. Check out also the camp man food storage for long trips video.
Next time you go, set aside a day for Port Arthur it's worth your money and the day, also recommend going to Cockle Creek, southern most tip of mainland Australia. Everyone talks about the Cape North most point. I know it's not hard to get to but the next stop is Antarctica.
Unfortunately you were far too time poor as Port Arthur 100% worth the money & time. Absolutely amazing place to reflect on hardship, construction of the time, & then the memorial created by that hideous young man, not worth mentioning his name, not wishing to notorious him one bit. Rather spend my hard earned here than accessing Freycinet Peninsula to view wine glass bay myself. Horses for courses, wine glass bay should be overlooked if your time poor in my opinion for a far better insight into our history offered at Port Arthur.
have been to Tassie recently and stayed outside Hobart. would love to do what you did and camp out next time and see a lot more. Thanks for another awesome video and welcome aboard Sian
Greatest state in aus from someone that has lived in every state besides Canberra is wa, its by far the most diverse state from the cold southern coast, Nullarbor cliffs, southern jarrah forests, dividing ranges, mid west wheatbelt, richest goldfields in the world round kalgoorlie our to the desert, up to the kimberly massive tidal rivers and gorges crazy fishing, crazy vastness the list is absolutely endless especially if you love camping and 4wding you could spend your life doing it and not see everything. 2nd would have to be qld especially up around Cairns its amazing, then tassie for the natural beauty.
Awesome my home state, looks like you both had a great trip, makes me homesick grew up in both Queenstown and St.Helens, I love getting back there when ever I can.
Great vid young fella! A heads up, buy a 12/24v electric blanket. Best thing to add to winter camping in High Country and Tassie. We just had a few days up on the Mann River and nights were foggy as and 2c . Blanket just took that cold away when we went to bed and early just before sunrise.
Fish with bait and throw out cat food, tuna oil. A tin of cat food with holes and tie it off. Fish two rods, float with squid jig, the other bait fish. Have a look at hey skipper and salted bait and rigs he ties. Chupper chopper sticks for out runners. And get sian involved and both of you will enjoy. Make it fun. Sunrise, sunset. Fire, fishing rods out, and talking.
Billmans foundry. Make camp ovens and skillets. The camp oven lid fits on the skillet. And for extra. You can get your names cast it the lid. Also, check out the camp oven king.
man this had some of the best beaches i have seen, terrific pics of wineglass and the blue water with then big rocks.dinner was good, your desert is always a good fix.you can cook same way using any can of pie filling fruit and a packet of cake mix put the fruit in pour in the cake mix and cook is always awesome. try cherries with chocolate cake ,again a great show look forward to the next one, and welcom to ya girlfriend joining in.👍
Great video mate, I prefer to watch a video like this then 24/7 video's, I did chuckle when your GF kept sleeping while you're driving, My wife does that too, The fact you got a GQ was a bonus lol One day I would love to take my wife down to Tassie in my GQ wagon, New subscriber.
This is brilliant content man! Wholesome fun and some great spots for people to go check out. Shame the weather wasn’t perfect but trust me it’s better than fighting the crowds! 😅
In Cradle Mountain, if you get there early, you can drive all the way to the carpark at the start of the trails. The road there gets closed after 7 or 8am (you can leave but not enter), and you'll have to catch the bus (or walk) to get there. Regarding RTT condensation, did you leave an open gap on a couple of your RTT windows? I find with me, this solves my condensation issues. Great trip 👍
Awesome Vid... Its a shame you didnt get time to look through Port Arthur. It is a bucket list thing you should of done. Loving the new setup, hopefully will get to see it again in person later in the week at the National 4x4 Show including your Newest & best edition with Sian ✌
Seems like a genuinely nice girl! It’s a relief to watch a 4wd couple not clickbating or using certain body parts for views. Good on you guys
Hahaha those women remind me of onlyfans girls
I gotta say cooking with Liam is become one of my favourite parts of these vids.
It's definitely better when I've got a good chef helping me!
@@AussieArvos You're not too bad at cooking on your own Mate, with Sian your meals will now go to the next level

What if she trades him in?
I act pretty well on camera too.
Sorry, that comment was just begging for a snarky reply. I hope it's happy ever after.
