River Detecting

Last fall I lost my GoPro Hero 8 at this location while magnet fishing. I had several detectorists and even a diver friend out looking for it. This year I decided to try again.
I decided to use my Equinox 800 with the 6 inch coil and waterproof headphones as I would be in 3-5 foot deep water. Even for August, the water was very cold. Visibility was about 2-3 feet. Didn't find the GoPro but made a few interesting finds in the area. Remember to tether everything when you are in or near water!

It's amazing how we can come across a random quarter in a river! I did with a Sacagawea dollar. Nice finds overall. Next time you'll find the GoPro. Thank you for sharing!
