Are their replacement parts available? Sipiralizing a beet root, My Paderno's handle snapped and the "grips" broke.

Did you call the manufacturer? Were you able to get a replacement part? The casing on one of my blades was broken out of the box. I'm not willing to send it back and wait for amazon to send a new one.

Hi!!! Nice tutorial!! I was kind of confused on how to assemble. Instructions attached are not very helpful. Just got my paderno spiralizer. Spirals look good, not as perfect as yours, but I noticed the core of my zucchini came out kind of smashed, not in a whole piece like yours. There was also greein liquid pouring down the blades. I didn't notice any liquid out of yours. Any suggestion? Thanks!!!

+cpmelendez The quality of the zucchini will make a difference. Choose fresh firm zucchini for the best results.
