A lot of people are saying he’s touching her too much but I don’t really see it. To me it seems like he’s trying to make her feel safe because understandably the dentist or any kind of doctor is pretty scary for a kid. Along with him just general holding her head in place so she doesn’t move while he’s doing shit.
In 2022, “stable home life” shouldn’t mean anything to me Unfortunately it means a heck of a lot. No matter what your life is, the life of your kids should be predictable and healthy

I would say that yes he touches her a lot, but times were different. People didn't talk about assault and so forth and children were taught to be "seen, not heard." I don't think this dentist was doing anything wrong necessarily; we are just seeing his behavior through a different lense. I'm glad we have more awareness today and different standards for the treatment of children.
