Finally hooked up my 1st aux switch (#6) to a set of Oracle triple fog lights. It is so awesome how easy they made it. Next will probably be some ditch lights on switch 5. Great video!
Just got my Bronco, I'm new to this electrical stuff. Upfitter switch has fuses with AMP ratings. Does the AMP rating mean I can only connect a device with that same AMP rating or lower? Thanks and thanks for the video.
Do you know what would be the best switch to hook up KC flex lights on 2023 bronco raptor? I don’t know enough about amps etc. in other words if it’s a fused line or if it’s heavier line does it really matter what Wire I hook up to? thank you!!👍
When cutting my harness for the pro6 light bar for the bronco, can I run the ground wire onto the light bar mount nut? Reason being I would like to just run the power wire down the window groove onto the upfitter switch. Thanks

My rigid pods harness come with a fuse do I cut that out ? Also I have 4 lights total can I run all those to 1 switch or 2 lights per switch ?

Hi nice video. I have the same issue hoping you can help me. I want to connect a 3 pin switch to my Aux on the bronco. My harness as a relay and three cables are connected to the relay, the one cable that goes to the lights, the one cable that has a positive and negative w/ fuse that you cut in the photo and then another cable that goes to the switch ( that I need to eliminate) if I follow your instructions what do I do with the relay and the cable with the 3-pin switch? All three are connected to the relay.

Just confirming the brown wire (switch 4) is solely dedicated for the mirror position lights? Looking at buying this set and want to make sure it’s very simple to install.
What about using the relay?
How does on aux switch from white to amber?
He should have explained the importance of the different wire sizes. Bigger wire size from factory harness means that it handles more amperage and can supply light bars.

Just bought this kit for my bronco and the wiring harness supplied looks nothing like this, was expecting it to be simple like in the video. Any suggestions?

I had to call them directly and get some help, I had a to do a lot of cutting to the harness and added three way connectors to reconfigure it

When using the upfitter switches do you still need the relay and fuse link?
It all depends on the light and amp draw, if the light you are using has a larger amp draw than the wire, than yes you will want to keep the relay and instead wire the switch connection directly to the relay! - Jacob
was hoping this would be a 2 hour or less deal. I have been staring at a wiring harness that looks nothing like this video. Do i cut out the relay? do i need the relay? Did the other installers cut out the excess wire? I am a novice and this video is not helpful for the wiring aspect of these lights. Any body got some ideas on the new system?
I was hoping to see how to run the wires from the bar down to engine compartment. I don’t like the glass wiring Chanel option.
In other videos and documentation, I believe Aux 1 is 30A, Aux 2 is 15A, and everything else is 10A. ✌🏼👍🏼
@@kchilites Did you find any actual differences, and I’d so what we’re they? I’m just going by what my on vehicle manual shows and it’s the same as others have mentioned. ✌🏼
Great video but my only question is regarding the wiring harness… I’m not an electrician but the set of Flex era 4 has a harness with three wires prior to the junction (white, black, red) and not sure how this harness needs to be split for the upfitter system?? Help LOL

I put in my order, but probably should have asked a few questions about light bar mounting hardware and wire hider... any hardware included to mount light bar to brackets? Is the wire hider included with the light bar kit? If wanting to use the Light Lock Security Sets on the Light Bar and A Pillar kits, which ones are recommended?

Can we see how you run the harness from the lights up top through the roof and down through the firewall?
We ran them down the windshield using our handy dandy wire hider!

I have a bronco, y’all should send a light bar to me
I could be wrong but the harness he crimped the female end to isnt where you should do that. That wire goes to the aux switch wire and you drill a hoke in the windshield frame to get the correct wire
Fords wiring pictures and descriptions are horrible and they should have run all of the wiring to the engine bay then we get to choose there which wires to hook up. They made it very confusing
YOU DON"T SHOW the FLEX ERA 4 - using both HIGH and LOW beams with the Bronco switches!!!!!! ARG!!!
