Vintage Rock Tour, what an interesting and honourable concept! Sponsors, get that man a proper van :) !
This crag just blew me away when I first climbed there in 1992, just perfection, I couldn't believe a cliff could be so perfect and in such a stunning location, brings back so many good memories. For me it is the best sport climbing cliff in the world by a long way.
The drone shot at 8:50 before the title name is awesome, props to the person who got that idea
Epic view of an epic crag!!
10:14 "TssAHH!!" Merci beaucoup, Chris.
Those aerial shots with the plateau de Bure just behind are quite something !
Had the sharma screams going! Loved it
The music is incredible! So cool
Oh, wow, thank you so much for this.
super intéressant
2:23 is this Alex Megos when he climbed Bibliographie? You can spot him with his yellow shirt from miles away :D
it's possible but that's a warm up route
nice catch! :-)
It looks like Flora Verticalis 7b 40m i would love to call this a warm up route for myself haha
@@alejandrogalindo3484 same here :-D

Uau! Seb, felicitacions!
The King of the Gorges of Verdon ! Great real 7c+ in nature way up high on the rock edit: omg that 9a+
ah enfin les eaux claires!
Nice.
Pretty sure the route at 7:30 two blue streaks to the right is Bibliographie. Didn't realize just how close it is to Biographie
awesome vid, correct me if im wrong tho. wasnt actiondirect/hubble considered the first 9a ?
Hugh is the first french 9a ;). It's from 1993, so 2 years after AD.
@@stephaneficara4501 ah alright! thanks :D
Yup, Hubble
that is a nice tent on the cartop. what is the brand?
Seb je t'aime
what song is that in the intro?
First track name?
The vintage rock tour is so great. Anyone know the song starting at 3:53?
Does anyone know wich rooftop tent Seb uses at the beginning of this video? i want to searh the model but i can't see the brand in the video!
If we're going to go meet fred rouhling maybe someone can try to repeat Akira?
Is there any sense in visiting Ceuse if your limit is 6c? I'd just love to go there as the nature and scenery seems breathtaking...
Sure, the range of difficulty is from 5a to 9c ! The landscape is amazing, the quality of the rock is great, and you can see world class climbers trying their projects. This cliff is really a must go in a climber's life :) !
@@torwald5877what about for 4a climbers?
What are the climbing Shoes Seb is wearing I have never seen them before.
Eb 🤘
@@sueedenjin merci
Does anyone know the name of the track at 12:30 please ?
He is talking about the first 9a and the first 9a+ both being in france. What is with Action directe?
the 9a he mentions is highly controversial, some people say fred never really send it. I think there is also something about chipped holds on the route, but that was normal at that time so i dont know.
first 9a in France, 1993
The way the dust settled it looks like Alex Huber actually climbed the first '15a' and other OG routes have been upgraded/downgraded/slash graded. And then you throw in the Akira controversy, Chilam Balam overgrade, Hubble actually being hard AF for 8c+, Liquid Ambar being upgraded, Estado Critico being '8c+' and few crazy low key kooks all over the world sending hard it muddys the water. The 'first' of every grade is less distinctive and accurate than we all like to think.
it's the first french 9a (1993) action directe was climbed in 1991.
And what about Ben Moon’s Hubble??Probably, the really ever first....
world's first 9a isn't action directe ?
they meant first french 9a
@@paul-emilefrancois3731 ces Français :)))
