As you said that been is used only in past so how in this example"I've been working here for long time" been is used because he is still working at the same place in present time also

Sir initially I was very confused about using this three words but now you have clarify and elucidated it into every specific detail I have no problem and difficulty with it thank you for your arduous and perseverance effort to make me learn english thoroughly and perfectly
