You can't use have... Bcoz it's rule of passive voice for present continuous
So... You'll have to use.... Is, am, and are
your 2nd sentence is completely wrong as we cant use tell with lie as lie's itself means is jhuth bolna

All these rules have been already taught in schools .....but at that time we didn't pay attention to them...now we are findig these very helpful......so it is very important to pay attention to English language when you are studying in school.....I m happy now because I already know all these rules from my school time....thats why I don't find it difficult......
