- On day three of the Everest Base Camp Trekk (EBC), I met the most helpful people to this national park: the crew of Sagarmatha Next. These people is literally cleaning Everest and doing an amazing job in this region by inviting creating awareness about the problems that mass tourism brings to the mountains and they have a fantastic way to approach the hole situation while also involving the tourists.
Couldn't have had a better acclimatisation day in Namche Bazaar!

Did you know that Nepalese people on an average have more Stamina & endurance than a normal human since they are living at such high altitudes . This is one of the reason why Nepalese soldiers aka Gurkhas are considered as the best soldiers in the world . Cause they take a lot of time to get tired .
They are crazy strong, it’s been amazing to see them in action through the hole journey in the mountains 💕

That’s what I said 🙄 Sherpa is a ethnicity! But the etymology of the word has also develop itself to a second new meaning with time, which is the people who guides on the mountains as Sherpas actually do! - those were Sherpas word when I was talking to them ☺️
