- Panther City BBQ tracked a $30,000 pit trailer stolen from their restaurant to a cafe on the city's northwest side. The cafe owner denies involvement.
The Cafe is in possession of thousands of dollars of stolen property. Institute indictment and arrest procedures before it, the evidence, disappears.
It's a front for stolen goods and who knows what else and I'm pretty sure some cops are involved with the day break cafe it's all just to corrupt😡😡

Wtf they had no problem having people put "trailers on their property that they didn't know about", but want to go after another company that recorded their fraud and deceit.?!!! This cafe is done! Us fort Worth people are not stupid! There is no way someone can put something on your property that isn't yours and you don't report it.

Thieves operating out of DayBreak Cafe, in Fort Worth, owned by Mario Garcia. Watch video titled "Second Texas restaurant owner accuses same cafe of being involved." I read the description on that video and found the name of the café and its owner.
Business next door is also owned by them.

The owner, who has been previously charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, among other charges throughout his life. Including protective orders against him filed by women who were threatened and needed court protection.

Just added a review of DayBreak Cafe, the food is horrible. then I went to this BBQ joint and it was nothing compared to them. Sorry to hear that they stole your equipment then lie about it I will defiantly come back with my employees again and eat here. Best BBQ in the place!!!!

There is no doubt to me that somebody associated with the cafe is in on the theft ring. It's one thing to steal the equipment, but then you have to sell it.
