Can i replace this built in ssd to fast Samsung ssd...does they give upto 3k mbs read and write speeds..
What about bt and wifi is really 5.2 and wifi 6.. what is showing on device manager???

You can swap the drives, I do not know what supported speeds it has though and im not sure when I will have time to swap around drives and get things all setup with it.

This computer has 2 NGFF ports (M.2 2280) but they are of different types: one is for M.2 SATA drives and the other for M.2 NVME. My computer came with a 512GB M.2 SATA and I added a NVME Gen4 up to 7400MB/s on the other port (the NVME one). The reality is that this NVME Gen4 SSD can only reach 1400MB/s on this computer. I assume it is because this port is PCIE1 or PCIE2, since I have tested the drive in another PC and it works at full speed.
By the way, all these PCs are clones that Chinese brands rebrand and sell under their brand. At Al**xpress you can find several exactly the same but under another brand. Perhaps the only difference is the manufacturer of RAM and SSD used. A positive thing is that the drivers of any of these miniPCs work in another. For example, my PC is not Agemagic, but the drivers and software to control the mini-screen and the RGB LEDs are 100% compatible for my miniPC. This is great for doing clean Windows installations.
Another IMPORTANT point: several Agemagic devices came with malware and Trojans installed in the system. There has been a lot of fuss on the forums about this matter. Curiously, it is something that is not mentioned in practically any UA-cam video. That is why it is highly recommended to do a clean installation of the operating system (it does not work to restore the computer, but rather to erase the entire hard drive and reinstall Windows).

how to find the customizing screen?

I think that the screen is not customizable in the sense that you cannot display what you want as if it were a normal monitor. I think the only thing you can show are the temperature values, energy consumption, fan speed, cpu load..... All this from the Agemagic TFTConfigQMake application.
