      Cooling tower mein cooling occurs due to both
      1. Evaporative cooling (typically ~80%)
      2. Conductive cooling (typically ~20%)
      Perry's handbook considers 85% cooling is done by evaporative cooling. So, the factor 0.00085 is multiplied (85% of 0.001) in the formula
