They remained really polite, I would have been pissed. if I paid for the viewing trip and the realtor only shows me properties I told them were an absolute no-no, they'd pay me back the money I spent on the trip. Sometimes it's not easy to tick all the boxes, but when you got clients with mobility issues, don't show them houses they can't buy even if they wanted to. If the first house was the opposite of what I asked for, I'd tell them to just cancel the other viewings if they have the same issues.
Why do so many realtors not listen to their clients? Want an investment property....oh here, buy this and rent out this ROOM...and a holiday let with NO windows!!!! Mobility issues..and then stairs to enter the casa....and more stairs....then a separate bedroom under the casa as a FAMILY home......sigh... Dios mio!
All about the sales-pitch of properties they can't sell to anybody else. For the first client - 200k house and 100k rental is easily doable, how hard can it be...instead they are showing him a house in a secluded area, and rent out the garage? What a joke, probably not even legal. And for the lady - Spain is full of bungalows without stairs. Why wasting her time with houses with A LOT of stars.
Wow, both clients' requests were totally ignored by both sets of realtors. A waste of time for everyone. And Manual obviously does not prepare the homes for viewing prior to showing them. He comes across as being clueless. Gets lost, forgets the keys. Not prepared at all. I'm surprised his family lets him out on his own. Thanks for the upload.
what a sweet family😊😊
An episode where budget wasn't the problem, not listening to the client was the main issue.
