This is the best recipe for jeera rice I've seen on UA-cam. Now I make it so often that I run out of ghee and basmati every two weeks 😂. I also add a small bay leaf and a tiny piece of cinnamon for added flavor.

Kabitaji, you have helped me a lot to in making rice pulao. Agar baasmati rice half an hour beega hua ho toh kitna paani daalna chahiye aur kitni flame par kitni whistle aane deni chahiye
Agar bhigone ke baad rice 1 glass hai t usme 1 glass paani use kare aur high flame pe ek sittee tak pakaye...fir band kar de gas aur thanda hone ke baad dhakkan khole
