Harry got away with the same bit of sworn deposition falsities in the same case. Thus, BOTH husband and wife were allowed to resubmit truthful ones, months later, once their lies were uncovered. With resubmissions, allowed by Warby, while the late Queen was still alive, neither Harry nor wife could be charged with perjury.
