i have them , it depends on what u want and hows ur foot , if u like less shock absorbing and hard feel below for pushing forward then they r good , if u like soft landing then they r a bit harder beneath , if ur flatfoot then they r good for u , very flat well balances firm spread out bottom . Actually i had air cushioned shoes which would waste ur energy alot , when i used these , i felt my sprint was getting more force from ground .
I got some of them I got mine from a charity shop but they were unworn and they only cost me £8 they are a bit bulky so I don't run in them if you want a nice pair of running trainers that are really light is Reebok flex it's like wearing marshmallows on your feet soft and light

Nice! Are they made in the UK? I'm boycotting certain brands like Nike and Adidas because they're made in china
