The scenes at Al-Shifa Hospital in #Gaza are heart-wrenching: wards severely damaged, burnt beds, destroyed equipment, bodies in shallow graves outside.
Restoring even minimal functionality now seems implausible, requiring substantial efforts.
WHO and partners’ recent effort to support the revival of basic services at Al-Shifa are now lost, and people are once again deprived of access to lifesaving health care services.
