Yet again really great content and insights and motivation to progress in QA career path. This video is inspiration to who ever got placed in QA in initial career stage and feels depressed looking at friends being in development. One thing i am personally looking for is Work life balance, i worked in good companies, small scale company but no place could give me great work life . I mean i chose less pay based on Glassdoor comments hoping for better life but still its avg 12+ hrs of screen time. Your inputs will really help to get focused and start exploring my hobbies and stuff.

How can tester earn more than developer? Maybe by comparing tester working in Google with developer working in TCS? Otherwise within same company I've seen package difference of 10x, qa3- 10-15lpa vs sde3 - 1cr+

Yes You can join Software Testing Course nearby you or from a good online platform. You can start with joining Manual testing. Try to join any good company no matter if it's a small company. Once you get experience letter you can jump to other company with high package. Don't worry you will succeed. All the best.!!
