Dear freshers, this is the experienced candidate salary. Keep working hard, with time based in your skills you will get salary. In walmart 58 lpa is not a big salary. Out of 58 lpa 20% variable and 20% stocks. Percentage may vary here. Variable amount can be controlled by manager. Stocks is vested for 4 years. So no benefit of such package.
Exactly and insane work hours. Sometimes you just can’t take the pressure.

Top Tech Giants - Google, Meta, Amazon, Uber, Salesforce etc hire Salesforce Developer for Application Engineer (Salesforce) role and the minimum 3 year of exp is required for that.
Anyone from Java background can easily switch to Salesforce and Salesforce Dev can also apply for SDE role in Product Base companies.
In service base usually a Salesforce developer is paid higher than other developers out there.
If i remember correctly you said that you will start DSA series from the scratch in your youtube channel. I would love to see that. From bigginner to advanced. covering all the topics. and now you got so many people for TA support as well. i hope you will start soon. Thanks you

Thampi, super interview.today only accidently see your channel.eventhough I am 60 and retired govt employee I no other way connected this subject it is quit interesting.i saw your video how u cracked Google since my daughter at Google once during 2013.then she interested academics she went to US complete PHD and working as professor at business school.google hyderabad office is like heaven.i cannot forget the food at Google.my started with rs 600 at central govt ended with 95000 after 40 years in the same post.At that time mind is satisfied with the safe job..my daughter is exactly like you in enthusiasm. Go on best wishes.

Righ questions to a right person, exciting journey,and the main intersting point he is continuously growing as a Salesforce developer from starting Accenture, and during Google he didn't perform well during Salesforce interview.... It's okay!! sometime it's just not happen, at that time.but he did well in his career.

See it is not 3 to 58. It is 22 to 58. If I consider the same will be 84k to 62 lpa. If it takes 7 years to make 3 to 58 then it is not a big thing.
Being a UG and Masters in Media and communication graduate, I am learning Data analysis to ultimately become a Data scientist. Because to become a data scientist firstly we should learn and get hands-on experience in Data analysis.

Dude it's now 4.5lpa but inhand u get only 28-29k.that does all companies were companies 3lpa.
I joined Acc back in 2015 and my ctc at that point was 3LPA.🙂

Unfortunately it’s a bubble in salaries currently,the output and need does not justify such salaries,can tell u as a person from industry.It’s outrageous!!
Dude, if you really in the industry then you should know that it's not a bubble but a salary correction. In US they pay 100k dollars that is now 80lakhs per year to fresher.
If they are paying even 60lpa to 10-12 years of exp then it's not a bubble but salary correction for same amount of work.

I wish I have completed my degree in Computer Science field. I don't know I feel like I have wasted my life doing Masters in English literature. God knows why I chose Art's degree. When I see work from home and package of IT people I curse myself why I spoilt my life by choosing such waste degree.

Hey don’t think like that dear… you can apply for jobs to become an English teacher in different countries…it’s a good opportunity for you guys …as you already know the demand of knowing English is increasing day by day ..If you want to have a good career with this degree then you can try this…and if you have good communication skills then you can apply for managerial roles in IT sector..it will be difficult as you’re completely from a different background but it’s not impossible .

They are making fool of you. Ask them how much of the CTC is ESOP(EMPLOYEE SHAREHOLDING). It would be between 40 to 50% hence in hand salary would amount to max 30 to 35 Lacs.

Why are software engineers getting much better CTC then compared to Civil mechanical engineers...why do we get 1.5lpa at start and after 2 years it will be 2lpa after 15 to 20 years of experience we get 10lpa.....why this difference....do anyone hve answer.....and why we guys are started to moveing to ITs section now....is it necessary to move to ITs... which are seriously necessary to make our lives in making ITs only

@@dpatro7245 Hello D, SAP is good but I am in support role (there are mostly support projects) and feel like doing non-technical stuff more (lot of customisation and is a big team) which make difficult for growth
I want to switch to role which adds value to the project
