I love this video so much!! and law seems so interesting, I’m so jealous you get to go onto campus so much, even tho I’m internal student I only get to go on campus for 1 day! can’t wait to see more uni videos Wincy xx
aww thanks emma! yes law is super interesting especially crim law !! oh no that’s a shame it would be great if you could go in more often cause being on campus makes me feel so productive and motivated hahaha xxx also can’t wait for more of your summer project vids ☺️
omg your mondays wincy... actually all your days, you're so organized and on top of your stuff! I turned 21 in Feb but sadly the pandemic made it so I didn't have a celebration. Crossing fingers it'll clear up soon and my friends and I can go across the border and head to Vegas! I hope your 21 is a splash!! :)
Loving this vlog! I live in NZ too and went up to Auckland earlier this week. Took my fiance into Gloria Jeans because I know how much you love their stuff & their food is really nice! Thanks for the recommendation! Moving to Auckland in a couple weeks & I'm so pumped!!
oh thats awesome!! and thats so cool !! you must be a OG cause only frequent viewers know my obsession with that place hahah all the best for your move and new journey here in auckland city xx
@@Teyasummerx Yea I've been watching for a while haha. I didn't realise how student based the cafe was though! I swear we were the only ones in there who weren't students & it was a full cafe haha! Aw, thank you so much! Low key scared but high key excited!
hi george! the work load of me just doing Law alone would actually be heavier than me pursuing two degrees at once. thats because if you were to just do Law, then the degree would be about 4 years so you're likely to cram all your law papers into those 4 years. for example, a law studennt (not doing a conjoint) will have to take 4-5 full year law papers in their second year which is a lot of work compared to a conjoint law student who may be taking 3 full year law papers and then 2 conjoint papers, which is a little less work (cause conjoint papers like Bcom, BA, Bsci etc are usually just per semester and not full year). also with a bcom/LLB conjoint degree, you end up spacing your papers across 5 years, gives a bit of breathing room i reckon.
we actually often talk about the law in the US in my public law class and compare our two constitutions ! and our constitutions are so different so it’s really interesting to learn !! maybe i can talk about the differences in a vlog some time ☺️
Hiiii ur channel is amazing. I’m binge watching all the vids. Super helpful for a person like me living in NZ (Wellington) and who wants to study law ☺️☺️
i think it depends what sort of experience you're looking for cause different uni's in new zealand have a different vibe like if you want a really social experience with parties, then i wouldnt recommend auckland i would recommend either victoria or otago but then again auckland is the biggest city in nz so it has a lot more tourist things to see and do but the people here isnt very social and the uni doesnt really feel like a community. otherwise another good country to study which is similar to nz is australia :) if you want to have a chat about student life in nz, you can feel free to dm me @wincyxia on instagram

Do you have a lot of work doing a Law/Commerce Conjoint compared to just doing Law?

Its so interesting to learn about law in new zealand because its drastically different in a good way than the US law system
