Oras na para ma involve ang ICC at noon pa man member na tayo ng ICC kung hindi lang ng withdraw ang Pilipinas noon 2019. So, i say why not welcome icc. it would be a good thing to improve the primitive way of investigating in the Philippines and people will benefit more through it. the Justice system in Philippines is poor, that is why the country is in this mess. it is what it is.
