This time, I made some Grilled tuna rice ball with soy sauce
It tastes really really good, so please give it a try!
+ After checking that both sides of the rice ball are cooked, apply soy sauce (so that the rice does not separate)
* Tuna Rice Balls Ingredients
1 bowl of rice
half can of tuna
1 tbsp mayonnaise
a little salt
a little pepper
Sesame oil
Sesame
1 slice of cheese
some oil
(Soy Sauce)
1 tbsp sugar
4 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp water
* Tuna Rice Balls Recipe
Mix a half can of tuna with a tablespoon of mayonnaise, a pinch of salt, and a little pepper.
2. Add sesame oil and sesame seeds to the rice and mix.
3. Make soy sauce by mixing 1 sugar, 4 soy sauce, 1 oligosaccharide, and 1 water in a bowl.
4. Spread the rice divided into 6 equal parts flat. (Make 2 pieces at a time)
5. Put the prepared tuna and the sliced cheese on top of the rice, cover it with the rice, and make a flat round shape.
6. Put oil in a frying pan and cook the rice balls over low heat.
7. When the back side becomes crispy, turn the rice ball over and bake the other side as well.
8. When both sides of the rice balls are browned, apply soy sauce and bake for 2 minutes.
9. Bake the back side for about 2 minutes and it's done
