I have to admit that I'm surprised with how good Rob sounded singing this. I went to see them on the Epitaph tour and he could barely sing the songs, let alone actually get the screams on key. I was glad to see this video.
What an awesome concert. Seems like this is one of the best shows on the second leg of the tour... And these videos came out pretty damn good with decent audio. Thanks for posting
Very good performance by Faulkner - as always - I have much respect for those who replace existing band members. I've done it and It's a thankless road....
I saw them on this tour and they didn't play this song. everyone was chanting it when they asked what we wanted to hear and they played painkiller as there last song instead(even tho i didn't hear one person say painkiller lol), sadly painkiller was never great live. i wished they played this instead :( still my second favorite show ever tho :)
This the Halford I wanted to see when Priest were supposed to be supporting Ozzy in Dublin about a year and a half ago before Ozzy postponed it, who knows how Halford vox will sound when they do eventually make it here...😟
That's funny to say that because he's not much on key in the live vengeance version of victim of changes lol. But he was drunk and on drugs and surely very tired from all of the touring and crazy nights
3:15 transitional riff is completely wrong lol and if you notice Rob halford quickly starts singing to rescue the moment. Truly Makes me miss the great GLENN TIPTON!
Ok its adequate. But after a minute i have to stop and go relive it on the 1983 US Festival version. It isn't the same without KK Downing doing the wammy solos and you need Glen's sound. I know, I know it's 2019 and everything. Just saying. They need to bring back KK. He wants and deserves to come back. Half is better than none.
It's thanks to Ripper's job in Priest that Rob got back in the band first place. Ripper kept Priest alive in their darkest moment and the man has nothing to envy or to copy to anyone because he has one hell of a voice. I love Rob Halford and he is the best at what he does. But don't throw trash on Ripper because we have Priest today due to his time in the band. And every Priest fan must acknowledge that, otherwise they are all a bunch irrational fanboys and fangirls.
God 😔 Glenn Tiptons "Replacement" keeps making mistakes. At times he doesn't keep up with the band and it shows. Priest really should invest in a decent rhythm guitarist. As good as Richie Faulkner. since Glenn now has parkinson's disease. Which is awful.
Scott looks bored as fuck . Even he smiles at the end because of a little mistake , but his playing is lifeless for a decade . Play like a machine . Even when he played Saint in hell , i mean Ghost notes have to be there . The guy just play like he didnt care .
At 6:31 is looks like the KK look-alike is not getting a whole lot of respect. It's as if he threw the pick and whomever caught it wanted to throw it back.
Rob is fucking incredible...he’s had a lot of ups and downs, but to still sound like that almost 70 is fucking insane.
Thanks for uploading this. I was there last night directly in front of Richie. This song kicked ass. What a great show it was.
I LIKE THAT HE TOOK THE GLASSES OFF AND STOPPED DYING THE BEARD. 👍🏼
He wears the glasses only for opening song. Always has...

Rob’s vocals are brilliant here
Terrific quality video, with great optical zoom, and audio. thanks for posting!
8:20 dang Halford can still wail!
68 years old and he still sounds no different to 1976, one of the worlds greatest vocalists, along with Dickinson, Dio and Mercury.
I notice when Ritchie isn't doing fantastic leads he's doing sign language interpretation for Rob Halford lol
Rob sounds more clearer than earlier concerts)
Thank Steve for that, he knows how to record shows
Things got only better
I cant understand why he is getting better and better at his age....I can make sure he is still nice after covid 19
What an awesome concert. Seems like this is one of the best shows on the second leg of the tour... And these videos came out pretty damn good with decent audio. Thanks for posting
It was the third leg of the US tour. The second leg they co-headlined with Deep Purple.
As always great performance..
Gotta say Rob halfords still got it after all these years!🔥🤘👌 He's the METAL GOD🤘
Rob's still got it!
I don't think you're supposed to hit notes that high when you're pushing 70. I fucking love you Rob Halford.
Very good performance by Faulkner - as always - I have much respect for those who replace existing band members. I've done it and It's a thankless road....
increible Rob, esta mejor que hace 10 años atras...el puto amo
HOLEY CRAP!!!! THAT SCREAM IS EPIC!!! AND CLIMBED A HIGHER OCTAVE AT THE END!!! HALFORD KICKS ASS EVEN UP TO 70 YRS OLD!! DAMMM!!!
They still got it!
Good God
My eardrums
Rob never dies

still my second favorite show ever tho :)
Just fuckin' awesome.
Fucking awesome
Rob is a beast!
Fuckin' brilliant!!
Unbelievable
I fucking love this band
This is fucking untouchable
Where's that Tipton guitar part before Downing solo?
That part belongs only to Glen
bring KK back please
For what? Ritchie is much better
@@Respedmetal why not KK and Ritchie :)
❤🤟

Andy's playing solo omg
The Metal God delivers.
some times in life they get less time dont sound as good less time to practice its life
rob has been putting more time in bettering his sound all singers go through they do more exercises to better there voice
This is why Rob is GOD!!
he was most intune in 1983
That's funny to say that because he's not much on key in the live vengeance version of victim of changes lol. But he was drunk and on drugs and surely very tired from all of the touring and crazy nights
Jesus. Somebody should tune up Sneaps guitar, flat as fuck. Ian Hill on the other hand is cool as fuck 😈
No diss to Andy. But bring back K.K like K.K let Rob come back when he came knocking on K.K's door
3:15 transitional riff is completely wrong lol and if you notice Rob halford quickly starts singing to rescue the moment. Truly Makes me miss the great GLENN TIPTON!
1:50 Does he sing or only lip-synch?
He sing! Halford is the Metal God!!!
Jeferson Santos I mean Tipton substitute, not Halford

Screw ripper!!!.. HALFORD RULES SCREAMING FOR EVERYTHING METAL!!. VICTIM OF CCCHHHAAAANNNNGGGGEEESSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!

Paul Stanley is 1 year younger than Halford, yet his voice is fucked up. Rob Halford is the metal god!!!
Hey kid,,, where did you learn to play that solo,,,,, KK Downing much .....
2:07 ..... 😵😵😵
I think Robs vocals being good is where he is in the tour. I am sure near the end of the tour his vocals are shot
Looks like sloth from the goonies lol
Sorry but bearded mocha latte dude is just out of place.
