I’m so happy, I’ve spoken so much of my truth this year. There has been so many new beginnings, so many new lessons. So many rebirths. I spent years bed bound due to my mental health, no motivation to do anything and every life lesson came with trauma that paralysed me. I’m reclaiming the years that I lost, but I am so grateful for my rest. I’m an adult, but also a child taking baby steps to explore and learn about the world because of reiki like this. Praying everyday for a brighter future with little hope but holding on because I’m stubborn as fuck haha. And now finally, I can say that I love myself and I love my life, with nervousness of course but it is true that I can say it at this moment in time. In all life’s polarity, dark and light.
