It was one line! Maybe it was separated a bit by clone wars and realistic but they certainly weren’t wasting their budget on 5POA or Carbonated or any of those niche lines they come up with
TVC I think really needs more vehicles. I like the dioramas… but the line is really missing things like this on a regular basis. I am original trilogy, but the clone wars and prequel generation are really in need of these. They really are amazing in a display.
This was quite possibly the greatest Christmas present I ever got. I spent so many hours playing with it. I remember one time loosing so many of my favorite figures for what felt like weeks. Turns out they were in the speeder bike holder inside the Turbo Tank.
My father got this for me when it came out back when I was young and absolutely loved it! Happy to have enjoyed it as a kid and to now display it in my collection as an adult.
Although woefully under scaled, but a great piece of Star Wars plastic and the sort of thing I would have loved as a kid, so much play potential and eye-gouging missile action! Hope you get all the missing parts you need, sadly I can't help in that matter... Enjoy ramming this full of Clones 👌
Nice review BB. Now you can’t stop. We need the AT-AT, AV-7, V-19, AT-AP, AT-TE and other large and small vehicles from the all the rest of the star wars sagas.
Great vehicle! Unfortunately, I missed this when it first came out. I picked one up a few years ago from a local vintage toy shop but mine is still missing a few pieces. I've been working to complete it but I also added some of my own custom parts and custom paint job to dirty it up a bit...
Great review, and you are right to point out that Hasbro doesn't do vehicles like this anymore. The only time they do is with an overpriced Haslab project costing $400 to $600. I really wish that Hasbro should recognize that toys for kids are the future, and kids don't have hundreds of dollars to buy a vehicle. They understood this back in the 1990's with the POTF2 line of toys, but somewhere they lost sight of things.
Wish I hadn't passed this up at Target for $99 when they came out. Legacy Collection\Clone Wars lines had sooooo much out with battlepacks, multipacks, vehicles, playsets on top of carded figures, I just never got around to everything. But I walked past it many times. Those were indeed the glory days.
Great vehicle!! I love mine. Don’t forget to pick up the turbo tank support squad 2 pack that comes with 2 clones and 2 canons. The canons are designed to stand on the side doors while in the open position. It actually adds value to that feature. Enjoy your tank my friend.
This was a defining toy of my childhood. I vividly remember getting it from my grandparents for Christmas. Glad to see this review of it! Fun memories.
I think I literally have everything that came with the Turbo Tank except for the actual Turbo Tank itself. I have the Gunner figure, a BARC speeder (not the exact one from the Turbo Tank but one from one of those other releases) and I have a crap ton of missiles that I found at Goodwill when I was working there in one of the goody bags from the front of the store. Maybe one day I'll find a Turbo Tank. 😂
The rotating antenna looking weapons on each side are the anti-missile defense system which fires a laser beam from each which destroys most incoming missiles as long as they are charged. You can see it in use in the PC game Star Wars: Empire at War and its expansion game Forces of Corruption.
Great review. I am not sure if this vehicle has it too, but the AT-TE and the Falcon all had sound buttons that you could also hold down for a few seconds for additional sound clips. I really should have bought this and not the AT-TE. Mine can't even stand anymore. I saw this vehicle for 40 bucks at a store a long way back. I didn't pick it up right away, was going to go back later and forgot about it until the bus ride home. I went back when i could a few days later, but it was already gone. One of my mistakes....
Hey Tim, that is a great vehicle. When I first saw it in retail here, I was no to keen about it, but bought it on sale and I am glad I did. Right now I have it in storage, but when it was displayed, I put the regular Phase II Clones in it.
Thanks for video. The Legacy Collection The figures and vehicles produced in those few years could warrant a detailed book (and giving credit to the Design/Creators/Marketing teams for producing them) like BlueMilk's Vintage Collection Archive book. What would be interesting is if the book included ideas/designs/concepts/sketches that did not make it to production during the pinnacle of the Star Wars modern age.
Love it, wish I had one or 5 but much prefer the ATTE think it's just so much cooler would love a TVC spin on the ATTE, maybe with removable rebels deco would be unreal
I packed all my missiles into a plastic bag when i had to move my hailfire droids do look better with them in but they'd ping across one side of my room into my imperial display like 6 feet across the room, but it got abit annoying after it being funny the first few times, like wise only the AT-TE has its missiles in atm (because they're bloody barrels not missiles!)
This and the AT-TE are my dream vehicles they are so great with wonderful interiors and play features, along with just looking amazing wish they rereleased or made either one a haslab
nice, i got mine used in good condition with fully functioning and with all accessories. No package thou. paid around 80 USD for it 6 months ago. I was really lucky... A great piece and as you meantion the intend is more for playing with than display although its great which ever...
Great review Bossk. It's always cool to see some of the "older" vehicles that I missed out on before I was collecting, but remember seeing in stores. Just wanted to say, be sure to try a "press and hold" on all of the buttons before you remove the batteries. I've learned that Hasbro engineers loved to hide at least one easter egg sound on each toy back in the day. (there was even one from ESB that was hidden on the ANH side of the Smugglers Run MF sound board that I think every single review I saw missed) Have fun, and happy collecting
Wow I've allways wanted one of those but there so rare and hard to get it looks awesome.. if they were ever to re do this I'd sat it would be a has lab maybe ...?
On the fold-down hatches there are large peg receivers that allow for mounting additional gun emplacements. At first glance it appears that your tank is missing all of the correct missiles.
I only _just_ missed out on the Legacy collection stuff as "Young Childhood Me" hadnt seen SW yet! I soon caught up on the figures but stuff like the Turbo Tank and AT-TE I havent seen since! Great vid as always!
What a fantastic vehicle. Wish I had picked one up long ago as now it’s a bit of a grail item at the prices it generally goes at on eBay. Unless it features heavily in some future film or new media seems unlikely we’ll see it released again.
A truly amazing vehicle Bossk. If Hasbro did re-releade it (and other similar older ships) would you rather have them in vintage collection packaging or maybe a new style (legacy?) box? Or even the same idea as the troop builder white boxes? Good luck with the missing pieces!
Bossk, how much did this cost when it came out, they are selling a smaller vehicle for a hundred dollars, the E wing ship, and this thing is much bigger, so either they are gouging us with the new E wing price, or this was more expensive, let me know if you know, thanks
Hey Bossk.. gimmie the TCW clones ya get ;) I haven't been able to find any for a while the KO from china the helmets are just wrong, i might use them to test paint some time in the future. My version of this is yellowing and in a cupboard on the bottom of a shelf, i have all the parts but it'd really need a clean and repaint to display, its one of those things i'm not that excited for, i much rather the AT-TE i got one good one, and one sun damaged that i also need to clean/repaint. It is nice to see the E-wing and Mandos Fighter though i've brought neither one, as well as the blue X-wing which during its release.. i got Luke's older TVC one LOL I'd love to see normal Ties released i could do with a pair of standard ties for my display.. dunno where i'd put them but i want them. So hopefully Hasbro do release some more vehicles!
Also though its abit disappointing that the door doesn't open its kind of decent because imagine picking it up to move it and the speeder just shoots out lol. and the door would get very loose. I had a look on my one i can barely see behind another shelf and i dont have either turret on mine atm so likely inside a baggie or box somewhere with other loose pieces, it was basically under stuff until enough space for it to take up a bottom shelf spot opened up and its been there untouched behind my desk bookcase and a second shelf for years now, one day i'll pull the bookcase out when i get more shelving units (so i can line them up) My favorite ship of that line i managed to get a year ago the Y-wing with the armor from TCW i just love this version more than the rebel one which i don't have. And space is always an issue so even if i wanted one i couldn't. I do have more than a couple of action fleet size- the hand held size back from the 90s which were awesome, i figured i'd get imperial and rebel ships in that scale.. but the market on them second hand dried up.
@bosskbounty Hi,I actually have the piece you are looking for the turbo tank. Love the channel I would definitely sell the piece to you if u still need it. Kind regards
Ah , The good old days, when you could get loads of vehicles and figures.
It was one line! Maybe it was separated a bit by clone wars and realistic but they certainly weren’t wasting their budget on 5POA or Carbonated or any of those niche lines they come up with

I have this one, it is a cool big vehicle, and makes for a great playset for kids too with how much it opens it and can have figures all inside it.
Very nice version. Excellent addition to your collection 😀❤️💯
Nice review BB. Now you can’t stop. We need the AT-AT, AV-7, V-19, AT-AP, AT-TE and other large and small vehicles from the all the rest of the star wars sagas.
Your enthusiasm for all things TVC is contagious BB! 👍
Nice! One of my favorite vehicles. I didn’t realize the top turret was a commonly lost part. Wish they’d reissue this as. Rogue One version.
That would be ideal!
Great vehicle! Unfortunately, I missed this when it first came out. I picked one up a few years ago from a local vintage toy shop but mine is still missing a few pieces. I've been working to complete it but I also added some of my own custom parts and custom paint job to dirty it up a bit...

If you hold the electronic buttons down for a few seconds then continue to hold them down you will hear additional special sound effects.
Thank you!

What frustrates me is retailers will stock large SW Lego sets for $100s of dollars.
The Ttank is a fantastic vehicle. Cheers to you BB.
This was a defining toy of my childhood. I vividly remember getting it from my grandparents for Christmas. Glad to see this review of it! Fun memories.
Proud owner of 👍

Congrats on the tank! I have 2 beaters so it was nice to see all the features this monster has.
Amazing vehicle. A real TVC one would be something to see
Another awesome fantastic review of the clone wars clone turbo tank keep collecting bossk bounty 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
The Turbo Tank is So AWESOME, I'd Love To Get One, Enjoy Your New Turbo Tank BB !!!!
We need a true 1/18 scale version now
Amazing vehicle, I remember I was so excited when I got it for Christmas back in the day! It’s still a centerpiece in my collection lol

Just another comment reminiscing on this era of vehicles.👍🏼
wish they would make a Clone Wars HasLab for something like this
Hey Tim, that is a great vehicle. When I first saw it in retail here, I was no to keen about it, but bought it on sale and I am glad I did. Right now I have it in storage, but when it was displayed, I put the regular Phase II Clones in it.
Awesome review! I got the Hasbro AT-TE sealed last summer and I definitely have this on my list to get sealed! 😁😁
Thanks for video.

Cool vehicle and great review as always
I hope we get Tvc vehicles like this again some day
I remember wanting this when it came out here in the us unfortunately it was too expensive great review
Thanks Bossk!
Love it, wish I had one or 5 but much prefer the ATTE think it's just so much cooler would love a TVC spin on the ATTE, maybe with removable rebels deco would be unreal
Awesome vehicle! Picked up one last year. It and the at-te are some of my favorite vehicles in my collection
What a beast!
The corresponding turbo tank support squad, which was sold separately, is expensive.
Seeing this is now making me want to watch the clone wars lol

Hello there . This one is great . I miss the good old days . Enjoyed the video which is nice as always Tim
I just bought this boxed and sealed yesterday.
It is an awesome beast of a tank. I have seen one at Si Fi's.Great review, mate. Cheers👍🍻
Wow I've allways wanted one of those but there so rare and hard to get it looks awesome.. if they were ever to re do this I'd sat it would be a has lab maybe ...?
Luckily I have mine 100% complete
On the fold-down hatches there are large peg receivers that allow for mounting additional gun emplacements.
At first glance it appears that your tank is missing all of the correct missiles.
The removable section has doors that fold down 180 degrees so that you can stand it as a separate little station... 🤓
I only _just_ missed out on the Legacy collection stuff as "Young Childhood Me" hadnt seen SW yet! I soon caught up on the figures but stuff like the Turbo Tank and AT-TE I havent seen since! Great vid as always!
You probably, didnt know, there is a 2 pack of clone troopers with guns, that attach to the vehicle.
What a fantastic vehicle. Wish I had picked one up long ago as now it’s a bit of a grail item at the prices it generally goes at on eBay. Unless it features heavily in some future film or new media seems unlikely we’ll see it released again.
Big Trak & an AT-AT had a baby.
They should bring him back. Would you sell it ?
I totally agree it's a great figure but I dont feel it justifies a deluxe price
A truly amazing vehicle Bossk. If Hasbro did re-releade it (and other similar older ships) would you rather have them in vintage collection packaging or maybe a new style (legacy?) box? Or even the same idea as the troop builder white boxes?
Good luck with the missing pieces!
TVC packaging every time
7:54 what’s the reason for folks losing that piece? Is it prone to come loose?
Mine sppeder works propely its actually very strong i was afraid the door will be broken !!
Special Treatment
At the time, this cost $100… and it came with a speeder.. speeders today cost half of what this cost at its time…
Bossk, how much did this cost when it came out, they are selling a smaller vehicle for a hundred dollars, the E wing ship, and this thing is much bigger, so either they are gouging us with the new E wing price, or this was more expensive, let me know if you know, thanks

And I passed up on this when it was on clearance for $50. What was I thinking? And there were at least 6 of them at the store.
Need to make my UA-cam channel so I can hopefully afford something like this 1day
If this was made now probably cost more than $100 :( smh I started collecting to late unfortunately
It originally retailed at $99.99. So now, it'd be twice that.
@@lamarravery4094 oh my :/
Back when you didn’t have to pay $500 for a large vehicle.
Boosk do have the AT-TE? Its an AWESOME Vehicle Too. If so please review it
I do not!
Hey Bossk I have that but I never opened it, in fact you just gave me a reason why I should not take it out of the box, thank you.
Even 3D printed replacements on ebay go at ridiculous prices
one of these as a Haslab would be a dream item :)
@bosskbounty
Hi,I actually have the piece you are looking for the turbo tank. Love the channel I would definitely sell the piece to you if u still need it. Kind regards
Send me an email buddy tim at Bossksbounty dot com
