Took me only 35 seconds of this video to understand why new players like myself were already behind once the game started. Content creators mentioned buying Lilies early on and new players were like; ok why lilies? The problem is OLD players or I should say previous players had/and still have a huge advantage over us "New Players". They not only knew why you wanted lilies early but also where to go for Lilies. They also knew what items to farm, what items to craft, what a Thunderstruck tree was, how to manipulate the Auction House, etc. Not hating on this youtuber but lets be real here. If I have a business and its booming; then why the hell would I ever tell someone else how to do the same thing. Competition is bad for business. Advice to new players. Learn as fast as you can about this game's economy and trends or you will continue to stay behind.
Again, ZZavage, this is not a bash on you; just a reminder to all us noobs. If you cant or choose not to treat this game as a job then I suggest just having fun. Archeage has so much to do and even if you are broke and happy, then so be it.
exactly! richest players in the game arent the ones that exploit or play 24/7. They are the ones that know what to do, what to buy and what to invest in before everyone else.
Also the ones that know the trend of the server, think of it as different stages of development. For example fishing. Everyone will need gilda star, stone wood and fabric for their boats. What's next after they get their boats? Well they will need to fish what do they require to actually sport fish? Sports fishing lures! So start crafting and hoarding tons of iron and craft lures and sell them at 3 to 4 gold each. Also good for labor burning while making decent income.
I have no clue why everybody is always talking about "being behind". You want to be behind, if you're not behind that means you're a hardcore player that plays 14 hours/day with 3 accounts. You really wanna be that guy? Don't throw your life away over a videogame, just enjoy it and play it at your own pace.
It's an mmorpg, it has no goals. The only goals it has are the ones you set yourself.

Yeap thats why i quit the game. new players are doomed , you can lunch a game like this with full contents and expect new player to stay. I am tired of watching hours of videos and guide for this game than play it, F it not worth it.

Knew about all of it but the moles, which I only found out about recently, also I lost my larders too and my god that investment just poofed out of existence.
Yeah a lot of people have learned some of this stuff, but there's still a good bit of new players who don't know.

im mega hurting on gold right now, just hit Ancestral 1 and this is really helpful, and I havent wanted to get into fishing until i have some decent gear or time to just fish for a few hours with my cousin, (issues he was having with the game and rage so he didint wanna play but hes fixing his class loadout currently).
Most important information here was at the End "As soon as you get out of that daily mindset, you will enjoy the game" !
But you still have to do the dailies if you want to progress your gear
So for fishing raid, to start with do I need to accept the quest first or it'll automatically start from the achievement tab as soon as I go on a raid? I'm trying to get the free fishing boat design.

Fishing boat is not free, it's all but free..design is free via achievement.
can you make a library guide? I joined a raid because I heard it was good and i was trying my best to follow people in my group but I had no idea where to go or what to do since no one would explain it to m.

Get in those dungeons and sell sell sell. Theyre like 3-4g on Wynn. But theres prob more people running dungeons there so theres a higher influx of them into the market than kaylin

That really more so applies to methods involving the AH. Fishing is flat gold no matter what, uneffected by economy :3

Different question Kooncoon has mentioned many times recently that melee in AAU will be trash in very late endgame, when ppl have max gear. And that Ebonsong and spellsinger will oneshot everything, basicly melee doesnt stand a chance to even get close.
Thoughts? I want to play melee but if its trash il switch to mage.
So melee good endgame 1v1 and big raids?
just play what u like to play and melee is not trash just in mass pvp

why would you craft a dawndrop set when there a quest that gives a full set for pretty much free
its 100% free but its 5k prof not 10k like the crafted ones
You have to craft the next level to get 10k proficiency so that you can use the better fishing rod and actually fish efficiently

Got my edge? Im 4.5k GS. KEKW. Between being DDOS''d, forced PGE power outages and vacation to Blizzcon, I'm the last person with an edge. If I wanted an edge I'd of never made the video at all lol.

They are in reedwind around the crimson watch camp. Trillidon is what they’re called I believe. They look like big raptors
@@Arby631 The raptor looking mobs appear to be called "Troodon". I've killed 2-star Reedfrill Troodons, 1-star Reedthorn Troodons, and regular Troodons and none of them have dropped any locked silver chests (killed quite a few of each and I can do them fairly quickly). Haven't seen any Trillidons around and I was there during war time. So I'm either killing the wrong mobs or this gold making hint isn't as hot as it sounds. Update: after several more kills, finally got a chest to drop from the 2-star version. So they do drop, but I feel the stated "get a lot in 15 minutes" is a bit overstated.
Scott Mead did Hiram daily raid earlier and got one in reedwind. They definitely drop em.

use ur other potatoes pc or laptop, then install parsec connect it with lan/switch/hub (team viewer doesnt work because slow response and low FPS)
it will be great if ur main PC use dual monitor
@@botaxalim Using remote software to control a second machine is not allowed. You need to control the second computer directly.

I am so sad that I can't make money from what I love to do. I got a nice Farm House and 2 - 16x16 farms but right now I can't find anywhere a good method to make money from farming :( Awesome video !
Generally just farming isnt that great you need to make trade packs from the stuff you farm. There are a token amount of things you can farm for a reasonable silver per labor cost given how much effort you put in. Olives for example vendor for a decent price and return at about 4s per labor.. the chances of making more than that will take a lot of watching on the auction hall to see what is in high demand at that very moment and hoping you farm it in time before someone else notices.

Well some few people already milk moles for gold for quite sometime now and those people already in their 6k+ gs. How i wish you put this guide before launch for new players D:
They never allowed 1 player to play on 2 accounts juste because he has 2 computers, NEVER. They just said one house can have 3 accounts so families can play the game together. They never intended to let 1 player play 2/3 accounts at same time just because he has 2/ pc’s.
Otherwise they would have also allowed multiboxing on 1 pc.
Why would they only allow players that have 2 pc to play 2 accounts at the same time and would not allow players who only have 1 pc to multibox ?? Be logic guys.
Playing two accounts so the alt account can be afk and open purses is 100% not allowed and pretty easy to be spot and reported.
Don’t listen to people saying that it’s allowed. they just interpret dev’s words the way they want, until the second accounts (and maybe even the main account) get a ban.

@@WaitWhoWhat My mistake then, but I still don't understand why they don't let ppl multibox on 1 pc then. It's pretty unfair for players who only have one (which is not even my case).
@@Wnkr1 it's honestly probably due to their anticheat limitations. But I agree it is a big help and leaves others at a bit of a disadvantage.
