The "All Guns" cheat gives you all guns... but no ammo. What's the point of it being there? It's only literally remotely useful if you use the infinite ammo cheat. What if I want to start off by using one of the shotguns? BUT SURPRISE, it starts you off with no ammo...

It does give you max ammo for the single weapon unlocks (Gold PP7, Golden Gun, Silver PP7, etc) which makes things weirder
