I'm proud of myself for trying. Even when I fail, or my brain is attacking me with bad thoughts, I try my best. I'm especially proud of it because I didn't always, I let bad days and bad thoughts suck me under and gave up before I began. I'm proud that I've grown as a person and now at least try. Whether it's looking after myself better, or pushing past the mental health issues, or doing difficult things which intimidate me, I at least *try*.

On a good day i can legitimately be proud of myself for loving myself. This may sound a bit weird but i used to be so afraid of what people would think of me and my acne. Now i love myself and i accepted that i have acne and that it doesn't make me uglier or worth less than any other person❤

Have you ever tried something naturally that is based on chinese herbs and algae from the company StemTech? I used that for my back (arthrosis) but I had as well certain kind of bad acne. The end result was great - everything just went together beautifully. I love the rustic bookshelf with the tall plant next to it and glad you painted the frame ornament because it looks like it came with the shelf! The tiny pops of colour like with the cushions is also a lovely touch. And the Table Talk activity is a great idea, it will help connect with people and focus on positive things. I'm proud of my tenacity too in creating the life I want to live for myself ❤️
I'm proud of myself for finally taking care of my responsibilities even though they cause me some discomfort. I get driving anxiety, and I have been avoiding driving places for a long time. Today, I took my dog to the vet and drove alone in a town by myself for the first time. My dog is doing well, and I'm feeling really happy with what I did! It gives me hope that I am finally getting over my worries :)

100% agree with Taz - Conversation is key to a lasting relationship. Relationships are supposed to build up and become more ripe with love but this can only happen through communication. Through communication there comes about understanding and with that comes respect and adoration. Fights usually happen because of each other's lack of understanding and it's really, I wouldn't say preventable, but you can lessen the chances when you understand each other.
I’m proud of myself because how I fight my anxiety. It has been a very big challenge but I’m starting to get better everyday!

I'm proud of myself for building a life for myself after struggling through school. Now I'm studying something I'm really passionate about, I'm working part time and I got my drivers license. I feel like I'm finally moving forward after years of being stuck at the same school.

I'm proud of my ability to crochet. I learned from UA-cam when I was 14 and ten years later I'm still going. I've made bags, blankets, socks, decor for my room, and finally tackled a cardigan... It's the one thing I can *confidently* say I'm good at. I can happily accept compliments when I get them because I genuinely believe what people tell me. I'm not a confident person at all so it's a big deal for me.

oh btw about the ice breaker thing, here’s my answer for anyone who would like to know.
personally, i am proud of myself for not giving up. on people, on myself, and on life. i was not started off with a great life but i did my best to keep going, even when things have gotten rough. i have struggled with my mental health for a while and always will. i know there are more dark days in my future but iv survived everything that’s been thrown at me so far so i think i can make it through.
for anyone who’s struggling and feels like giving up, just know that as stupid and cheesy as it sounds, it does get better. and if i could give people one piece of advice it would be this;
happiness is not something that you should just hope for. it’s something you should work for because it doesn’t often fall into your hands unless you look for it.
You absolutely nailed the decor in the living room and the kitchen bits you showed, you honestly did so well. It looks like a living room out of a magazine but also one that’s uniquely yours. It screams Taz in the best way possible and I love how happy you seem with what you’ve done, that above all else made me so smile. Everything looks like it BELONGS in the places you’ve put them, it works so well an an overall vibe. The colour scheme is 💯 and not gonna lie the little nods to BTS on the bookshelf made me so happy.

Renting your own apartment... Expensive. Renting a room in an apartment... Not expensive. I lived in Maida Vale and it was cheaper than my rent in Sydney and Melbourne.
