Btw in Millennium Dawn if you annex a puppet through the autonomy system you get cores on all their core territory. Maybe that will alleviate some of your suffering

@@Meanbean_official Just make a ton of convoys and you're good. You can become a major world power as anyone on the map if you're patient enough to wait 8-12 years to spend pp to puppet and annex a major
