This song was like therapy to me last year because I was going through some tough mental health issues that really affected my day to day life, hell even my birthday and relationship. So the song is like a refreshing thing to me because personally, its message was to basically focus on your own happiness, focus on yourself, give back love to yourself. Like a 'me first' kind of thing and everything else can wait once you're ready. So here I am, 2020 doing great, with my mental health in a good place.
