Bob is my 2nd cousin and the entire reason I became a huge football fan. When Brian Urlacher came into the league, he was Chicago's O-line coach. Bob's also an awesome dad, granddad, comedian, magician and always made a point to visit home a few times a year. You won't find many coaches like him and I'm so glad to call him family. And for many of you who've commented, I'm humbled by your kind words. Thank you

He might make the NFL Hall of Fame as nothing more than an O-line coordinator... since he's been in 8 Super Bowls, has 6 rings, and coached dozens of Pro Bowlers and All Pros. At bare minimum, he'll be in the Patriots Hall of Fame and it will be a travesty if he doesn't get the NFL Hall of Fame soon.

I don't think the Browns will ever be good again anytime soon tbh. At one time, they had both Bill Belichick & Nick Saban as coaches & they still didn't do much aside from making 1 playoff appearance. Its really sad how cursed the Browns are. They've been suffering 17 years straight (55 years if you count their misfortunes in the playoffs in the 80s & their last championship back in like 1964 or something). Hopefully, they'll find someone that will break their curse & get them back to winning.
