Lane Assist Memory Function, How to activate with VCDS on a Cupra Born / VW ID Series

How To Activate The Lane Assist & Lane Departure Memory Function On Your Cupra / Volkswagen.
Full Step-By-Step Using VCDS.
The VW Lane Assist system is a great function, but in some situations it can be more of a hindrance than a help. Whilst it's easy to turn the Lane Assist Off, the Car always re-Activates this function each time you get back into the car.
We show you using VCDS how to activate the Memory Function, so it remembers the last state you left it on, whether that was ON or OFF.
Below, Coding Needs to be changed on the A5 Module in VCDS:
MEB Platform Cars
Byte 7 - Bit 4-5
Select - 30 Configuration_for_lane_departure_warning_Kl15,Last_setting
MQB Platform Cars
Byte 9 - Bit 0-1
Select - 03 Configuration_for_lane_departure_warning_Kl15,Last_setting
Whilst we tested and filmed this on a 2022 Cupra Born it's possible that this same coding could work on other models in the Audi / VW Platform Range that have this system.
