Martine is a lovely friend and like you say, she is extremely generous and very talented indeed! I could imagine her doing a masterclass for flower arrangements. I would definitely book the day with her! 😍 and yes, I do get a bit emotional when these things happen. It's because she reminds me of when I was a child, and our neighbourhood was all like one big family. Always helping, giving, and being generally good neighbours! So much of that has disappeared these days! 😪
What beautiful things! Martine is very, very talented. And don't you worry about showing your emotions. I think that's one of the many reasons we all love you and John so much! I think she even seamed the sofa fabric with the piping in a way that the pattern would continue. Amazing in real life, but in miniature, unbelievable.

Well to be honest Mary, although the gifts from our friend, Martine, are without doubt, works of art. The most important gift we received, was the actual generosity of just "giving" and expecting nothing in return! The world these days is sadly turning into a society of money grabbing and non appreciation. But I remember as a child, us and our neighbours were always helping each out, and giving things to others if we didn't want to keep them etc. And when Martine has been so selfless and generous, she doesn't know it, but she instantly takes me back to those "kind, giving" days! And that's what causes me to "fill up" when I see what she has done for us 🥲

Well Martine is so very generous and giving, that she takes me way back to when I was a child, and all our neighbours were always helping out, or giving things, like home baking, or things they didn't want so then asked to see which neighbour would like it etc. Our whole street was like one little friendly community. And Martine's generosity reminds me of those times. That's why it brings me to tears each time she does such lovely things! 😊

Yay, Martine! I loved her last box of goodies. She is so talented and she really amazes me. I just started the video, you’re on the books and I am amazed again. Oh my! The chaise is so beautiful, I know how hard that is to make. The bags are truly amazing and the corset would probably drive me insane if I tried to make it! Some people don’t understand how fiddly these tiny things are, especially the plants. I love making plants but my left hand tremors so much it’s almost impossible for me to do anymore. I don’t blame you for tearing up, I did. I love our family!

Wow!!!! I gasped at each unwrapping and could’ve hyperventilated had you not taken time with each glorious miniature. A gentle suggestion: a lady would carry a parasol instead of an umbrella. This is another example of getting back what you put out into the universe. ☮️💜
Also: any package from Martine deserves a Bloody Mary or some such…..

The little ladybugs are flat backed stick on decals that I paint red and I use a pin to dot the dots on😊

@eurenthiabanks491 the Art Deco house I have, is called the Malibu Beach House. It came from Dollshouse Direct. But just to let you know, I bought two of these kits. Then I took most of one of them, and built it on top of the other, to make it much higher! The rooms are a decent size as well. I have done videos of the Art Deco house from part one up to about fourteen. So I'm not sure if you've watched those (as you were asking to see it). But they show the house in more detail 😊
