Hi, Jisan, it depends, if there's no bridges you don't need to reball, if there's bridges and poor soldering, then reball the motherboard before restoration
If it’s an iPhone Pro 12 max but you bought it on eBay from another country, then is this kind of problem covered by the basic one year warranty that Apple has with all of its products? I’ve used 70% of iPhones since iPhone 4 and I’ve never had this problem with any of my phones. Anyone who has taken their phone into the Apple store, please comment below. Thank you in advance. :-)
