Thank for this video of the Museum of Contemporary art. I like the way the announcer expanded what the artists is trying to convey in their works: I didn't know that Madam C T Walker started her own haircare business. Goodhumor Alphabet ice cream sculpture,Ya Ya E Cussuma her well known different pumpkins flowers with polkadot are her Passion. For Art. David Sanders 10/9/2022 I
Thanks for your generous words and it's great to hear you enjoy the videos. Please pass them along to anyone you think may be interested in watching San Diego Review!
High prices at auction do not necessarily reflect a work's value as ART. If the public thinks an artist's star is rising, people will bid higher and higher to own that artist's work...hoping for a greater financial return on the investment in the future. Sometimes, the king actually IS naked !
Thanks for the insight. Imagine if people knew that of Vincent van Gogh's art when he was alive. Any of his works would now be a prized possession. It seems the only piece purchased from him was "The Red Vineyard at Arles" for 400 francs in 1890. It's sad he died without knowing the great appreciation so many people have for him today.
3:02 is a painting from Rothko, a famous abstract painter who committed suicide... Sometimes the 86 million value is reasonable because there will never be another Rothko painting...
Thanks for supporting San Diego Review. It's gratifying to know San Diego is appreciated in Oxfordshire which has been around for many centuries; it must have a rich and storied past!
I would very much like to be at this exhibition I see a lot of self-expressions of artists who are Malevich today it is not possible to say which artist will show a new unusual view of reality we will wait for a new navatorial concept of reality which of the artists will show which painting after abstraction who will be the first watched the video. many of your expressions are very good, the artists express their opinions, but the great one who discovers the new will be the van gogh. painting, I think will always be relevant, not one computer can replace the human soul of the artist. hello human arti

I've always liked paintings that evoked feelings, regardless of whether I knew what I was looking at or not.

Nice.
Thank you for watching!
How dim are we? A blank canvas is a "work."
I look at art to be entertained. I don’t have to judge whether it’s “art” or not to enjoy the act of seeing it.
Well said! 🙏
