Thank you for creating this content! I'm sure it will help me improve my drop knee technique! It will be great if you'd make a longer video guiding us step by step throw out the exercises. I'd like to see you perform in real time the exercises as you talk us through them, so I can follow and copy your moments. Keep up the great work 💪
Thank you for your kind comment and suggestion! Already a few people mentioned that a follow along format would be beneficial. I immediately have many ideas, which one would you prefer: A) A very long 30-90 minute mobility/strength routine B) Shorter routines more specific to certain body areas: for example, 10 minute hip, shoulder, neck, ankle... routine C) More Strength/Skill oriented, 30 minute bridge, side split, frontlever routine. I have many ideas waiting to be created but if this would suit you better I'm down to change up the format (; Curious about your response. Have a good one!
Beautiful/effective graphics and this is just what I needed, I never drop knee and just rock over on everything. The first exercise felt really uncomfortable which probably explains why I tend to not drop knee. Thank you!
Thank you again for the comment. The next video might be about rockovers 😉 The first variation can definitely feel uncomfortable at first. You can decrease the depth of the first exercise or place your hands on the ground to decrease the intensity. With time the range will develop and will translate to your drop knees, if you practice them on the wall of course (; Have a good one!

i can imagine that reverse nordic’s and sissy squats could also be a great exercise for drop knees, what do you think?
Those would definitely translate well to a drop knee and to climbing in general! There might be some variations of those in the next video 😉
