M3M on Dwarka expressway will be what DLF did initially to Gurgaon now prime areas like Cyberhub, DLF phase-3, Phase-2 and Golf course. Scale can be different but M3M have that first mover advantage in Dwarka expressway entry points. Keep it up. It was a great discussion.

Hi prakhar, Can you ask from M3M officials about leasing in their delivered project like M3M Broadway, M3M Cornerwalk, M3M 65th Avenue etc. Also, can you make video on future of SPR Road. M3M builder have sold his projects with falsely commitment. I think residential will do better compare to commercial. Also, M3M leasing team, Crm team and sales team is very bad & they have no any coordination. So, I suggest everyone invest in M3M wisely at your own risk because no any real estate agent will help you once you get trapped. In today's date M3M investors who have invested in M3M commercial are crying. At the time of selling commercial M3M will told you that you will get appreciation but I think you can't sell you commercial easily.
At present time Mr. Amit Sahgwan is providing very accurate information on real estate. I am not following him I watched their video they are giving very genuine information on real estate.

The promising M3M commercials like the cosmopolitan, Urbana etc. are all sold-out but majorly tenantless. The M3M personnel Mr. Verma very smartly didn't speak about the leasing of the SCO 113. Very well made video though like always Prakharji.

So, Prakhar is you can't denied it but no one can blame you for this because you have only give that information which have provided by builder to you.
