I don't include conditioning in my weekly training but I definitely have to start,injury prevention is important and I hear a lot of athletes say they see improvements with regular strength and conditioning
I had a trail running fall which left the palm of my hands injured, which left my bike hand/handlebar position temporarily different for awhile, which then I could feel in my run this morning. Anyway, thanks for the video!

Thanks Heather. I guess mobility sessions should be done once muscles being stretch are warm. Should this be done just after a swimming session then?
Post swim is great but the activation ones work well pre swim too.
