    Such a useful video! One of my shoulders always gets so tight from an old injury so will definitely be incorporating these. On another note, is that a Sweaty Betty GTN vest?

    I don't include conditioning in my weekly training but I definitely have to start,injury prevention is important and I hear a lot of athletes say they see improvements with regular strength and conditioning

      @Tri-Shake-Atops I mean they did play that weirdly slow song as she was slowly moving her shoulder. usually its an upbeat tempo.

    I had a trail running fall which left the palm of my hands injured, which left my bike hand/handlebar position temporarily different for awhile, which then I could feel in my run this morning. Anyway, thanks for the video!

    Thanks Heather. I guess mobility sessions should be done once muscles being stretch are warm. Should this be done just after a swimming session then?

      Post swim is great but the activation ones work well pre swim too.

    When will you younger people realise that older people cannot kneel for exercise?

      They will realise when they are old themselves - rarely before
